A good experience
Dale was very helpful when I had selected a shoe to try on and processed the purchase efficiently with a friendly chat. Sam was called to amend the transaction after I had originally failed to apply for C & C C discount and this was completed speedily again with a cheerful banter. All in all a pleasant shopping experience

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. Lucy was very helpful and explained things I didn't know and what kind of has been been putting me off from making purchases in the past. This was the club and retail prices. I was able to sign up to membership as Lucy explained it was easy to sign up for and fast. I used to think it was a very long process, so I never bothered asking. Lucy was very friendly and kind in her approach towards me. She wore a smile throughout and me feel welcomed from the get go. I will most definitely come and get some other things later on.

Went to get a body warmer at twenty past five and shop was closed cashier was still in shop behind counter but was told they were closed so going to have to make another visit to get what I want which means more expense on bus fare think this is a bit crap as says there open till half past five very dissatisfied

Excellent service from Sam, Tom and Morgan. Came in unsure of what backpack bag I needed, they were very friendly and helpful. Sam is very passionate about customers and was very helpful with all customers coming in. Very friendly manager!

Lucy who served me was very helpful in trying to pick some jumpers for me, she knew straight away the jumpers i was on about once i queried them walking in, i couldnt of asked for better experience from her. What a lovely woman.

My experience was saved by your staff
My experience was saved by your staff.
One of the main items I ordered was not delivered to store and a refund issued without telling me what was happening. I had a message saying my order was split into two deliveries however it wasn't the case. Sam at the GO express store in Derby had to call customer services on my behalf as I couldn't get through. It didn't appear to be straightforward for her to find out what had occurred but she got to the bottom it. She then helped me buy a similar item in store with some discount for the inconvenience I experienced. All the staff I came into contact with were helpful however Sam went above and beyond to help.
