GO Outdoors - Derby (Express) Opiniões 

I have a defence discount card which I have used in the store that I use all the time
But the store assistant refused to acknowledge it saying that it couldn't be used even though it said inshore or online

Helpful staff member saved me a significant amount of money.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a pair of Dunlop Blizzard Winter boots Part No. 15899728 on December 4th and after a lot of problems they were delivered by DHL to your local shop GO Outdoors, 1 East Street, Derby, as I no longer required them as I was forced to purchase the boots direct from GO Outdoors shop at 1 East Street, Derby, due to delivery delays.
I would like to know when I will receive my refund please?

Looking for a fleece top for a 14 year old is hard, small mens or boys?
The staff in store were so helpful, even going to the store room to search for sizes. Found the perfect Berghaus top size 14/15 which with my discount card was a bargain . Thank you Dale for going that extra mile.

Polite and helpful staff in the Derby store

Great experience today in derby, I suffer with anxiety and don't fair well in town centres. However Lucy who served me made me feel at ease and very welcome.

The item i bought was a good fit and value for money, also the assistant that served me was cheerful and helpful

This Express store is also a UPS collection location. I had a parcel delivered here but UPS had made a mess of the labels and so it was very difficult for the staff to find the correct parcel. Yuri (sorry if spelt wrong!) was very friendly and helpful at the front desk and Lucy tried ever so hard and succeeded in finding it for me while keeping me well updated over the phone. 5 stars for the customer service I received from the GO Outdoors staff.

We just called in looking for a new pair of leather walking boots, we received the same excellent service that we used to get when it was a Millets store, on this occasion we were served by Dale, very helpful – so we ended up with a pair of North Ridge boots each.

Never have I ever received customer service better than provided by Sam at the GoOutdoors store in Derby. Sam was welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and really went the extra mile to help me with all of my enquiries.

Called in about a complaint I had about a pair of walking shoes, I can’t praise the customer service I received highly enough. Daniel listened to my issues and resolved them immediately, it’s a pity that other shops don’t live up to the standards of “ Go outdoors “ Derby!

Very good advice and information given about the walking boots

The items I was looking for were upstairs and I have a little difficulty using stairs. No staff were up there but I was surprised and received when a member of staff joined me, helped me select the daypack that was best for me, advised me on other matters and treated me with kindness and professionalism.

Great experience buying walking boots and socks. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go back again

Bought some gloves today from Go Outdoors in Derby city center. Normally I am a medium size, but they didn't have those, so I bought the large size instead. Once outside the shop I wore them for about 90 seconds to two minutes as I walked up the street, however, I realized my coat sleeves were pushing my gloves off my hands as they were too large. Not a problem I assumed, I can just take them back as I have only worn them for 90 seconds. So I took them off and put them in my bag and went to Marks and Spencer.
When I went back to Go Outdoors I was told I could not have a voucher to get a medium pair because I had 'worn them outdoors'. In addition, if I wanted a medium pair I could drive to Burton on Trent and purchase them myself.
I think this is an extremely unreasonable returns policy; those gloves have only been worn for 90 seconds! I realise I should have gone back immediately, but most shops have a sensible returns policy that I have got used to. (Although don't actually return much stuff normally.)

Lucy and Daniel made the experience really fun with their bubbly and vibrant personalities. They're really friendly people at this store and made shopping here really easy, helping me find what I was looking for and offering me help where I needed it. Definitely will be coming back here again!

Austin served me today in the Derby express store. Outstanding customer service, polite and assisted me with my purchase. Will definitely be visiting this store again over any of the other derby stores!
