Lovely tidy store with friendly staff. The lad on the checkout ‘Will’ was a credit to the store. Changed my address on my go outdoors account and engaged in conversation with my 3 year old grandson. I’ll be back again soon.

Fishing Department at Derby. a…
I needed some help with getting a fishing rod I had purchased second hand up and running. At the Derby branch of Go Outdoors in the fishing department, Andy was a tremendous help. His knowledge was amazing and he was so kind and helpful. For fishing supplies I would go nowhere else 😊

We intended to buy an e-bike at a fairly basic price but Kai who was very knowledgeable about the various models persuaded us to spend twice as much! We are very happy with our purchase.
When the bike’s handlebar needed tweaking a little bit, the customer service was quick and efficient (Craig). I would definitely recommend this store.

Xaina was absolutely amazing what a lovely person she was informed and listened to my needs and got me a good pair off boots. She was the only member off staff serving in the shoe department but she managed me and another customer in a professional way . Really disappointed with the customer…
Really disappointed with the customer service I received. I was looking to buy a pair of walking shoes and simply asked if I could have a particular size. The attitude I received made me feel as though I was asking the staff member to buy the shoes for me!

I brought I my friend who has Parkinson’s,sh wanted some walking poles,we came acrossMILLIE,she didn’t just show us where the poles were she found someone called HARRY,who explained and took his time with my friend in how the poles might help with her back posture among other things we had thought off,very patiently ,we were so grateful to both Millie and Harry ,Millie for not just pointing to the poles,but accompany us and finding Harry,who then spent a lot of time explaining things to us in a very kind and sincere way
