Visited Go Outdoors today to look at some waterproof coats. Andy was really knowledgeable about the different options and could not have been more helpful.

The member of staff I spoke to at Horsham called Ben was particularly helpful and understanding and paid attention to my requirements, which concluded in a purchase. Full marks to Ben, particularly as he was fairly new to the position

Really helpful and knowledgeable manager, guided me through purchase of a Berghaus coat. Friendly counter staff, processed the purchase and gave me £5 voucher. I’ll definitely be back for a new Berghaus fleece to add to my outdoor kit!!

Lots of help from staff without hassle.found trouser sizes on the smaller size. Best to try on. Can be a bit confusing what you have tried on as so many are black in colour.
