The item I purchased was fine and was good value.
I did a click and collect from the store.
The attitude from the two female employees in the store was awful. It seem to be a massive effort to have to process the order. The assistant clearly didn't want to be at work as it was a inconvenience to her.

I was looking to buy a pair of hiking shoes.
I was looking to buy a new pair of walking shoes, I asked for some help and Lewis was on hand to guide me through choosing the right shoes. His knowledge was really good and nothing was too much trouble, I was very happy with my choice and the service he provided.

Adam was very helpful and knowledgable when I wanted to purchase some new walking boots. I did not feel rushed or pressured and he took the time to find out exactly what I needed and give me advice on different brands.
The staff member at the till was also polite and friendly.
