Friendly & Helpful
A quick but positive experience for getting two T-shirts and renewing my discount card. The assistant was very helpful and positive, and did everything very efficiently with no waiting about. I was also advised that the offer is “mix and match”, but I wanted two of the same style T-shirt.

A great experience in store thanks to…
A great experience in store thanks to the direct answers to my questions about the clothing and footwear I wanted for particular activities. I was offered alternative options without being pushed towards anything more costly than something that wasn't. The experience was relaxing and I felt I could take my time in making my selections thanks to the patience of Garry, Tia and Ronnie.

Staff are excellent and very helpful. I seen a trailer light board advertised for £12 online but unfortunately I paid for it without checking that it was £22.

I regularly shop at this branch. Two pairs of shoes bought here went with us on holiday in Switzerland earlier this month. I also wore the trousers I bought on my last visit. Craghoppers over the road was my first port of call for the new pair of trousers. Luckily they didn’t have any. Your team was brilliant. They found the trousers and saved me money. And the trousers didn’t fall down at the airport.!! Great service. Thank you all

That young man will go far.
There was a member of staff available. I asked of he had any thermos flasks in stock.
He took me to the section, helped me choose the best for my needs and walked back with me and processed the sale.
That was all excellent.
I was feeling quite happy that day and was cracking jokes during the process. To his credit, he matched my mood and joined in.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Garry. Armed with my membership number, I popped in to establish how long ago I had bought a pair of boots that appeared to have worn down prematurely. Garry inspected the boots and offered to exchange them for a brand new pair, which surpassed my expectations. It’s a good reminder of the value of face to face service. Thank you very much.
