Courteous and proactive expertise without being “pushy”.
Seth gave me time to consider what I was looking for before offering additional support and information as I required it. He was courteous and proactive without being “pushy”. I found his product knowledge very impressive, and the humour and accessibility he used to share what he knew made it easy for me to reach a decision and complete my purchase. Excellent.
