GO Outdoors - Leeds Opiniões

Went in to buy a present for a mate, Matt helped me decide on some socks.
They really like them but they’ve been wearing them on their hands.
Probably should’ve bought some gloves. Appreciate the help tho!

Helpful and friendly, I got what I needed and my day was improved just a little, thank you Matt.

Great service from Matt at go outdoors leeds today when we came in to buy some walking shoes.

I was helped by Matt when looking to buy climbing shoes. I genuinely would not have bought them without his help. Very friendly and informative.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Lots of thanks to Mike, who was very knowledgeable about the shoes and jackets we wanted to buy, and was lovely to talk to about what how we planned to use the items, giving us advice on how to get the most out of them!
Also had a lovely experience on checkout with Matt, topping off a streamlined, informative visit!!

I was looking for good boots to buy and was excellently recommended by Matt. He knew what I was looking for and didn’t pressure me to buy straight away. Excellent service.

Matt was incredible. Polite, helpful and professional (even under pressure he remained cheerfully determined to help us.)

Great service as always today. Staff always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Big shout out to Lauren Gavin on till for Three Peaks tips. Thank you 😊

Got what I needed for a camping trip, great service, staff really helpful.

Lewis helped me out finding a zipped fleece jacket after arriving irate as someone stole my previous one. Very nicely spoken, patient and polite and helped find exactly what I wanted. Proper happy now, thanks lewis !!! One of those rare members of staff that care that customer is 100% happy.

Excellent service and advice from Matt on the purchase of a tent.

I came in to look at some hiking boots & camping equipment, as someone with little experience I felt somewhat lost, I spoke with a gentleman called Matt who was extremely helpful, his knowledge was abundant and I could see his enthusiasm. Really fortunate to have had someone like that to guide me through.

Thanks Matt!

I came in to the Leeds store looking for a sun hat.
I was impressed with the range available, and in the end I chose a Tilley one, as these were available in different sizes so I found one that was really comfortable.
The stand with the Tilley hats on could have been more organised as it was hard to find the different sizes. As it was against another display it was hard to access some of the hats, and the prices were unclear.
I then explored the sales rail and found 2 bargains - walking trousers at 25% of their original price and a down gilet at half price.
The checkout was quick and efficient.

I'm only dropping 1 star as when I got home I looked online and found the same hat available significantly cheaper elsewhere. But Go Outdoors honoured their price match promise with no hesitation when I went back in. I'd therefore be happy to shop with them again, but may well check price competitiveness before purchasing.

I am a student who plans to go abroad with Camps International in just a few weeks ! I was served today by Lucy who greatly helped me in explaining what equipment would be best suited. I really appreciated the support and her own experience and I would really recommend Go Outdoors. The customer service is great !

Mike was a brilliant helping choosing some new gear. Very helpful, and knowledgeable.

Lucy was an absolute life saver with helping finding DofE equipment, amazing service made our visit a blast.

Mike was exceptionally helpful in the shoe department! Thank you ☺️

Had great help at the weekend -needed to get my son kitted out for D of E. Mike gave expert advice on walking boots and was so patient. Richard knew everything about camping gear and fitting rucksacks correctly - what the most important things to get are. He was very patient too. And Millie helped us swap the wrong sized boots that we brought last week so thank you to her too.

Jimmy at Go Outdoors on York Road was very friendly and helpful, which made shopping a great experience.
