GO Outdoors - Leeds Opiniões

Was a great time in store today with the help from Sam great customer service and with a smile :)

Cheaper than other shops selling the same kind of thing and really good choice available. Click and collect simple and easy, nice friendly helpful staff.

We visited the store today to purchase some walking shoes for my husband. Lewis gave us some great advice about the durability of the shoes on offer. He was really pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. We purchased a pair of walking shoes he recommended and came away very happy. Thank you Lewis.

Visited the Go Outdoors branch on York Road, Leeds, a couple of days ago. I was very impressed with the service provided by Mike. He took the time to guide us in choosing the right walking boots and helpful throughout. Highly recommend Mike and the excellent service he provides.

Ordered from you not heard anything over a week now!

Excellent service from Mike, very knowledgeable and helped me decided which shoes to buy

Looking for walking boots and lightweight rain coats.
Girl on footwear was very helpful. Found just what we wanted.
Young man by the coats directed us to the right department but we couldn't find what we wanted. Redirected us to the sale rail and found exactly what we wanted at half price.
Amy on the tills, sorted out the sale item and asked a manager to match the sale price of an identical item.
Great service from all the team.
Really impressed on Monday morning (8th June. 10am)

The salesman, Mike probably gave me the most informative advice I’ve ever had whilst purchasing a pair of fell running trainers. We must have been chatting for 30 mins as he covered every aspect. I was very very impressed. Thanks Mike.

Myself and my young daughter had excelllent service from sales associate Mike. We came for a walking boot fitting. He was very kind, extremely knowledgeable about the products and had a great way with us. Clearly passionate about outdoor pursuits and the gear needed. Thank you

Richard was great. Found the merino wool t shirts I was looking for.

Clean and tidy store, plenty of choice at great prices.
Amy at the tills was wonderful..

Buying walking poles and looking for some advice when comparing two types at the same price point. Mike was great; talking me through the features, giving me time and answering my questions knowledgeably. Thank you!

Gil helped me to pick out some kit before my trip to walk up Snowdon. He was very kind and spent a lot of time showing me the different options. Will be coming back to this store again.

Me and my son was served by Gil today, he was very welcoming and friendly and was happy to help.

Amy was great helping me find all the gear I needed for my sons camping trip. Great customer service.

We went for fishing equipment at the York Road store. Gil was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and sorted out our son for his birthday! Super service!

I recently visited Go Outdoor Shop looking for a sleeping bag for my daughter's very first camping expedition, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the store had a great selection of quality outdoor gear that made it easy to browse options suited for beginners.
What really stood out was the fantastic help I received from staff member Jimmy. He was incredibly patient and insightful, taking the time to understand exactly what we needed for a young girl heading out on her first overnight adventure. Jimmy asked thoughtful questions about the trip details, weather expectations, and my daughter's comfort level, then guided us to the perfect sleeping bag — lightweight, warm, easy to pack, and kid-friendly without being overkill. His recommendations were spot-on, and he shared some great tips on layering and care that will make her first trip much more enjoyable and safe.
Thanks to Jimmy's expertise and friendly approach, I left the shop feeling confident and excited for her expedition. If you're gearing up for outdoor adventures, Go Outdoor Shop is the place to go — and be sure to ask for Jimmy! Highly recommend. 🚀🏕️

Staff overall are so kind and helpful.
The two assistants at the tills even took out the measuring tape so I could visualise the size of the rent.

Jimmy also helped me decide on what tent to buy, and explained the specs and the significance of each. Without his help I'd probably have gone home even more confused and stressed.
