Great value & friendly professional service by Sue at the Leek store. I purchased a coat,fleece, hiking socks & two t-shirts. I live in Leek & it's so nice to walk up the road rather than travel to Stoke on Trent.

Fabulous staff, great service
It's only a small store (GO Express) but the Click and Collect service is rapid and efficient. However, it's the staff who really make the difference: so friendly and helpful. It is a delight to go into the shop! Thank you.

Oex tentbox purchase
I went to Gooutdoors just to look at tent boxes and once I had seen the ones they offered I was very pleased. A lovely lady named Steph helped me with the whole process from ordering the tent to collection.
I would definitely recommend using this store and can’t thank them enough . I’m very happy with how the tent is performing too.

My husband and I visited Go Outdoors Leek today and we're given exceptional support in purchasing the specific items that we needed. Despite the store being busy we weren't rushed and were communicated with positively. Pricing was excellent with the additional bonus of 15% off day!

Called into Excellent service
Called into Leek shop as needed new Merrell walking shoes. Was thinking of buying online from Merrells. I was served by Jenny and after explaining what I was looking for she found just what I needed. Jenny was friendly and very helpful.

Popped in just to browse. They had a good range of outdoor clothing and accessories. I spotted a small rucksack that was on offer and bought it. The quality was excellent and extremely good value .

A community minded store
The staff at the store are friendly, helpful and always happy to help, we have been customers for a number of years. I also work for a local charity who has been lucky enough to be nominated by one of the colleagues to be a recipient of one of the company charitable grants. Not only are we hugely grateful for the donation which is much needed and will help our small charity to continue to do the work we do. But also we are hugely grateful to the colleague that nominated us and the whole instore team that do alot for the local community, we are honoured to be nominated by them, and thankful for their community spirit.
