Leek review
I joined GO in January. Since then, myself and my family have purchased boots and a few other items. Service generally very good and friendly.
Quality of boots questionable, but you get what you pay for.

Fantastic reception from Rachel and the staff at this small but well stocked store. The dogs were made very welcome and happy to receive treats! I got the boots I wanted so all in all a great experience!

Walking trousers are good, but not in my first choice of colour.
Wanted the same walking trousers I had bought a few months ago. The shop had the same size and make, but only in black and not grey. Bought the black ones and they are very good.

Well went to leek staffordshire go out doors this Sunday. As always the staff couldn't be more helpful, I think they are brilliant,this store has everything you need for your camping trips, plus sign up for a members card for free to get even more savings, I highly recommend this store, first class service, many thanks.

The friendly, professional and very helpful service provided by all the team at Leek is why it is one of our preferred shops. I hate and loathe shopping but I do make an exception for Go Outdoors at Leek. It is the only shop I will readily go into, if only to browse. Steffi was really kind and helpful on our last visit.

Needed to change my size 9 boots…
Needed to change my size 9 boots purchased on line v too small. Contacted Customer Service re returns and to request Size 10. They checked my nearest Store Stock in Leek and confirmed that they were out of stock, but size 9 could be returned via the Store.
Visited the friendly Store staff in Leek who were very helpful. Checked their actual stock and found size 10. Result. All thanks to Jenny who went the extra mile. Thank you.
