Unfortunately I had to return a dress that didn’t suit me, but there’s was no problem at all, then I walked around found a nice t/shirt very happy, was served by Lynn who was lovely, totally professional and curtious and helpful

I don’t usually leave reviews
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such an amazing customer service experience today that I felt I had to.
Lee was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for as it was our first fishing experience.
He made everything so easy for us and gave us great advice, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service like this really stands out and deserves to be recognised.
A massive thank you to Lee for all his help — we really appreciate it!

Excellent customer service
Haven't been to the store in a while and realised that my membership had lapsed. However this wasn't a problem as when I went to pay for my items I found Rome to be very helpful and he was able to set up a new one for me. He also confirmed the price of items before I purchased them as one didn't have a price tag on it. Overall, a very positive experience thanks to the excellent customer service and friendliness of the staff, in particular Rome.
