Amazing service

Amazing customer service! In there almost every week to collect parcels, all staff are polite, reliable and really lovely! Happy to have a chat and provide a really comfortable environment. Not one bad thing to say, outstanding service everytime.

Rucksac purchase
We visited the Oxford store today and we could not have had better service. Paul was extremely knowledgable and very helpful in advising us about a rucksack suitable for our granddaughter who is going travelling. The range, quality and value were first class but the most important aspect was the advice.

Shop assistant had very pleasant manner and you had my size! Dud my shopping in 15 mins flat! Brilliant! Think that’s my 4th Berghaus cagoule I’ve bought in last 20yrs! Still love 2way zips! My one criteria!

I had bought an American portable gas…
I had bought an American portable gas heater online but the flame would not ignite with a gas cannister bought the week before at Go Outdoors. Jess was more than helpful and over an extended period of time fiddled with the setup mostly outside the store. Thanks so much Jess for taking the time to help.

Wes and Fin extremely helpful and understanding of our needs
Both Wes and Fin were extremely helpful. Wes very knowledgeable about footwear and didn't make me feel pressurised at all and offered helpful solutions to what I was asking for. Fin was equally understanding at the till when we didn't have our membership card and the till came up with a different price than we were expecting and sorted it out with a smile and a full explanation. Will definitely go back when needing something else
