Liam was very helpful
I went to collect an order I had placed online. Unfortunately the item sent to the store for me was not the item I had ordered. I understand this is nothing the Oxford store has control over. I spoke to Liam in the Oxford store and he was very helpful and empathetic to the situation. He kindly refunded me for the incorrect order and placed a new order for me for delivery to my home. Liam was apologetic for the situation and made be come away from the store with a smile... despite not coming away with what I went there to collect. 5* for Liam. 0* for whoever packed the item from the online order.

If you come to this store and need clothing advice make sure to ask either Helen, Laura or Victoria for their help, couldn’t recommend their help more then this!!!

Paul gave me great advice
My daughter is shortly going to travel in the far east for the next 6 months or so.

Paul gave great advice to cater to her specific needs and didn’t try and upscale her needs; instead giving solid advice and hints to help her make the right decisions.
She walked away with just the right rucksack and ideas towards her potential needs as she prepares for her next adventure.

My daughter and I came in this morning to get a new patio gas tank. We were served by Steve who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. He even carried the very heavy tank to our car. Thank you Steve!

Came to the store today looking to buy waterproof footwear. Paul’s knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for was first class. He was even able to help with the best thickness of sock that would work well with them. Thanks Paul!

Help with Berghaus coats much appreciated
I ordered two sizes of Berghaus Glissade into store as Click and Collect, as I was unsure which would work best with my interactive fleece - Thomas, Gemma and several other members of staff were extremely helpful, finding my items quickly, helping me try on, advising upon request and then assisting me to return the less preferred size. Another great experience at this store (& picked up a few other bits on my way out!). Thanks

Really helpful advice
Really helpful advice. The salesperson was knowledgeable and experienced. Also, she was not overbearing. At no point did I feel pressurised. She gave me plenty of space to make up my mind.
