Arrogant sales advisor.
The sales advisor was somewhat abrupt and arrogant in his manner. I felt uneasy at his gloating that Black's was closing down, and whilst business is business, there is always a human involved in that business. I shall think carefully before returning to shop here again.

Great customer service from friendly staff.
Was away camping and ended up in Shrewsbury so thought we would have a look around the local store. Staff were really friendly and knowledgable about the products. When it came to paying the assistant made sure all promotions were added and the membership discount was also taken off. great customer service.

Very friendly and professional service from Kris at the Go Outdoors Express in Shrewsbury. Popped in to get my first pair of walking popes and he was great with the advice. Thank you Kris, I look forward to using them in the Lake District this weekend.

Great shop, good value, well stocked. The staff were very polite and could not have been more helpful.
I wanted some new walking shoes and was served by Freddie who was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up spending almost £150. Would definitely go back and would recommend to friends and family

Staff in store were very good and helpful. My online experience was very frustrating. Despite the fact that I already have a membership in store I had to buy a new membership online to get my discount!! I could find no way of declaring my current membership when paying online
