If I could only open an outdoor shop and not really stock anything I advertise. Bet my name would be muck.
Ordered 4 items, instantly cancelled as out of stock. Awaiting a refund, I’m not made of money and left me short to get anything else sorted for my needs. Thankyou anyway and I promise I will never spend a penny with Go Outdoors again.

First visit to this town store
Staff were most helpful and informative, Lilly was my server at the till, but another lady served me upstairs helped with my sandals and a young man helped me when I first entered the store! A very pleasant experience!

Excellent service
The young man who served me (I believe his name was Ed) could not have been more helpful or more knowledgeable. He was able to give precise details about the boots and shoes. I was looking at regarding the fit and the usage. While serving me, he was also assisting other customers. At all times he was polite, helpful and professional. I love my new boots.
