Brilliant experience in Shrewsbury Town Centre
Ed at the Shrewsbury Store in the town centre was so helpful, offering me advice on the fit and style of walking shoes and boots. I came away with 2 excellent pairs of shoes.

Great Knowledge and Great Customer Service.
I was browsing on the upper floor hoping to find some reproofer.
The shop colleague,Laura, went out of her way to find me and ask if I needed assistance. When I said I wanted fabsil she pointed me in the right direction. She then politely asked what it was for I explained what I was doing with it, then she asked me a few further questions then politely suggested a product that would do a much better job. Excellent customer service getting on to the end of the day. Thank you Laura from the Shrewsbury Express Store.

Laura served me today very helpful. Lilly I seen the day before just looking at the boots. She gave me very helpful information as I do have problems with my feet. It was very much appreciated. It was the quickest I have ever sorted a pair of boots for myself. Thanks to them both.
