Buying rain jacket
I went in to buy a rain jacket and found one I liked but didn't know what size. I needed help and jen helped me find the right size. She was the only female member of staff and I needed a female perspective as I was with my dad. She gave me advise and helped me decide on the size. She also helped me with my go outdoors card as it expired. She was fantastic.

Great service in the Southport store today. All staff lovely. Rory was so helpful, friendly and informative. I purchased walking shoes along with trekking poles and other bits and pieces. Rory gave me time and offered a selection for my needs. I came away happy with all my purchases. I will be going back. Great team!

Great customer service from Lorna
Great customer service from Lorna, our camping stools beeped on the way out so we came back in. T shirts we’d purchased were removed from bag while checking for tags. Didn’t realise we then left them behind, Lorna tried the car park and then got hold of us by phone to let us know. Really kind of her. Thank you 🤩
