Greeted by a lovely young man called Tom who helped me find exactly what I was after and gave me some great advice on which one to get. He was very friendly and polite and made my trip to the store much more enjoyable, I normally hate shopping but I will be back.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that are always on hand. Tom especially was great

I came into buy a camp stove for home use in case of black outs etc. Met a member of staff called Joel who was exceptional. Joel was very attentive, patient with all my questions, extremely knowledgable on the subject and gave me all the pros and cons of my choices with no bias. Stand out, ‘old fashioned’, personal service. Joel is a credit to Gooutdoors and i feel this should be recognised. Thankyou. 😁

Always an excellent experience at GO Outdoors Stoke. The store is really nice, clean, well-organised, and well-stocked, with a great range of products to choose from.

The staff are always welcoming, which makes shopping there a pleasure. Clare deserves a special mention for greeting us with a smile and taking the time to have a friendly conversation. It really makes a difference and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Nathan on the till was also friendly and efficient, making the checkout process quick and easy.

Overall, a fantastic store with great staff and excellent customer service.

Theresa was a lovely and thoughtful women , she was very helpful with me choosing the shoes and very down to earth I am very pleased with her customer service.

I wanted to give Theresa on footwear a big thank you. I came in to exchange a pair of boots that had been leaking. They didn’t have the same ones in my size anymore and she was able to assist me in my choice of my new ones. She showed me how to do a heel lock lace up on the boots so they sit comfortably on my feet which was really handy to know as they are on my feet for hours each day. Thank you again Theresa :)

Joel S was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explained a few different jackets in detail resulting in me spending £100 when I was about to leave.

We went into the Stoke on Trent shop on Festival Park for some boots. We were served by a very helpful lady, Theresa, who was very knowledgeable about all the products, very helpful and very pleasant. It make you look forward to going back to purchase other products.

My other half purchased a coat in the wrong size and removed the tags. Claire and Nathan were super, they made it so easy to get it swapped without any issues and actually spoke to you like human beings. Especially as I returned something elsewhere and it was a nightmare! Cannot fault them and for interacting with my little un. No wonder we made extra purchases!

We were served by Carol and Ellie today. They were both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, thank you!

Carol was extreemly knowledgable in fitting and recomending suitable long riding boots for my daughter. Her skill of suitable brands yo best accomodate her needs was fabulous.

From an ubderstanding also of grooming advice especially for show purposes and best products she was amazing.

Went in looking for waterproof low profile shoes. Wanted to understand why prices differ from £40 upto excess of £150. Assisted by Theresa, who i found to be exceptional. Her product knowledge was fantastic. Theresa took time to ask what i needed from the shoes and then gave me loads of advice on the full range of shoes available. Brilliant service. I chose the product i wanted and left store thoroughly happy with the service given. Recommend Go outdoors and suggest Theresa to advise you. Thanks Steve

Entered the store which was very clean and organised.
I was returning a pair of walking boots that unfortunately had split.
A member of staff asked if she could help. I explained the reason for my visit and showed my receipt.
Straight away the staff member showed me to the footwear area and asked me to go and choose a new pair of boots.
Once chosen I returned to the checkout and the assistant helped to sort out my go outdoors card and refunded the difference in price of the boots in the form of a gift card.
All staff members including the member who provided my boots in the correct size were very helpful and polite.

Went G.O for a new pair of walking trainers. Spoke to Theresa who was vey helpful and went over and above but eventually I got the pair suitable for me

Excellent Theresa very helpful good product knowledge, no sales push. Looking for walking shoes, explained type of walks i do I asked about the differences between soles on the brands brands again good knowledge. Very thoughtful and made the decision easy for me. Thanks

Theresa was unbelievably helpful. although I ended up spending a little more than I had planned, I ended up with a far superior pair of boots and am extremely grateful for the advice that she gave me.

I honestly can’t praise Kyle in the bike department enough! He’s always professional, friendly, and great at what he does.

He sorted my bike out for me on the same day, which I really appreciated, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people and takes such pride in their work.

To be honest,He is the main reason I come back to this store. His service is second to none, and he makes you feel welcome every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my bike. Keep up the great work, Kyle! 👏🚲
