Helpful staff
Martin & Emma were helpful & couldn’t do enough for me. I found everything I was looking for. The shop was pleasant to shop in. Martin advised me on some wax protection for my new boots & explained the best way to use it. Emma checked the box to find two odd sizes. I will definitely shop there again

I was served by a lady called Ruth today and I must say she was very helpful in all ways. I ended up with a waterproof jacket, waterproof trousers and a pair of walking boots all at a reasonable price. I even ordered on line for my husband as they didn't have his size in. Brilliant

Great customer service
Ruth was very helpful when I was choosing a waterproof coat and not at all pushy. We also got advice when choosing walking shoes, from another staff member, and we’re pleased to be able to purchase shoes made in Germany.
