Arrived and there was a problem with my reference number, it was not recognized. Staff member was helpful and sorted my problem straight away. Even though it was 4.30, in the morning, her customer service was excellent and she was polite and friendly. A good start to my holiday. Bus came in seconds. Was a bit crowded, but as it is only five minutes to the airport, this was not a problem really. The driver helped put people's luggage in the racks. On the return the bus pick up is right outside the exit of the airport building and we waited five minute's for the bus to arrive. Key collection was easy and we were away in five minutes. Also impressed with the price that I paid as it was by far the cheapest quote I had. Recommended.

Always my first choice for airport parking. No need to hunt through a dozen sites - GS scans them all at one go. Very clear terms & conditions ( mainly ability to modify / cancel), which other agents tend to hide. Clear statement about credit card charges. Best value guaranteed.

I think that the website " gosimply.com"
will give you much more realistic price
then enywhere else. It's just car park , it should not be to expensive.

I had never heard of the site before wow how impressed was I . 3 simple steps to secure the safe keep of my car whilst on holiday

we booked our car park and put in the 10th to the 17th of September and did not notice until later that the dates had changed we had an evening & day of great distress trying to sort it out being put from one person to another being told we had wrong reference numbers and we would have to pay again we would never use you again as being in our 70s it has all been very very upsetting and not getting what we expected

Took twenty mins to get parked as my booking had not been passed onto the site operaters

I did not get an email to confirm my booking. I had to request one and still haven't got it. Instead I got an email asking me to rate their service so I tell you it's unacceptable as I am starting to suspect I have been ripped off. So there you go

In the past I have used offers from Edinburgh airport and invariably when I go to leave the car park I have to get on the intercom and give my booking number as the machine is wanting me to hand over hundreds of pounds again. Why is this important , well go simply use their car park and were around £3 cheaper but the big difference is when you get to the barrier it just opens with no hassle.

Even though you had taken pay for my stay when I arrived there was no record of my booking. If I hadn't been able to prove I had paid I am not sure my car would have been accepted. I won't be dealing with you again. The only good thing was the man who dealt with my problem very efficiently at Callerton in Newcastle.

Easy to use, great value, was the cheapest price we found on the day, email took a little while to come through re confirmation, but all good, no issues on arrival.

Easy to set up excellent Site a must for anyone

Would never recommend this site an absolute disgrace, thought I had booked car parking with them but they never got back to me with complaint about not sending out confirmation email(although they manage to send email about their site???) sent email to ask why no confirmation sent out alas no reply apart from this email to rate the site. I would recommend that you would use any other site than this to book car parking at airport as the servic and reply appalling.
