Poor Customer Service
The website was incorrect regarding the lead time of the product when I ordered, stating 5-10 days delivery. It was only when I chased them close to Christmas was I informed the item was completely out of stock and on back order with the supplier.
I can almost forgive the incorrect website information, but this could have been easily resolved by informing me of the problem, instead I had to contact them to find this out, and because of the delay I was unable to source a replacement gift.

I can see that we emailed on the 18th December to let you know of the delay with your order as the supplier could not deliver stock in time for Christmas. in the same email we also offered you an alternative size in case it may have been helpful. I am not sure if you received our email which may have gone into you junk folder perhaps.

I had confidence in this company
My Grandson s Christmas present wasn't in stock. I was told they expected it before Christmas but couldn't guarantee delivery. 23rd December they processed and Christmas Eve afternoon delivered. He was over the moon and I was very Happy. I felt confident that if they received the stock that they'd get it to me. Thank you.

So pleased, there was a delay on my order, and wasn’t sure if it would arrive before Christmas, but it did, they kept me very well informed, and one very pleased husband with his new suit .

Only delivered 4 of the 6 items
Only delivered 4 of the 6 items. Did not notify me. No communication. Right before Christmas. Let down for present. Had to order from the competion which is kind of ironic.

Hello Trevor I am sorry for any inconvenience with your order. I can see we shipped the available items (4) on the 15th Dec. and a back ordered item on the 23rd (now delivered). I can see the race suit which was out of stock at the time of ordering was due to arrive from our supplier within 5-10 days and unfortunately this has now been delayed by the manufacturer until the second week of January. I am sorry if we have not communicated this clearly to you
