I have been with grattan many many years, and always have had great service. Quick delivery too.

Been with Grattan for about 57 years. They sell great brands, delivery is quick, returns are easy and I am happy shopping with them. After all these years, it speaks for itself.

I have been with Grattan for 25 years now and have never had an issue with them. Delivery is always quick and there is plenty of brands to choose from. Returning items is simple too.

I have shopped with Grattan for many years and have always found their customer service to be excellent, returning is easy, and refunds are given quickly. Any issues that cannot be solved online are always dealt with professionally over the telephone with one of their advisors. I would highly recommend Grattan to anyone who is looking to open an account.

Faulty/damaged item delivered and 4 weeks later still waiting for item to be collected. Appalling customer service. A simple matter has not been resolved, but the amount of this item is still showing on my account. I will not use this company again ever.

I have had nothing but negative reviews to make regarding this Grattan business. They have taken from me Money that they failed to refund due to an order being cancelled and not sent. Despite numerous emails letters to head office I have NOT received one single response or my postage refund that is in accordance with the T & Cs of Grattan.

Usually clothing and occasionally for the home, bedding etc. Very happy customer and will continue to order from Grattan.

I have been with Grattan for nearly 50years. In the days before the internet. I have always enjoyed the good range of products. I do use it mainly for fashion. I did have the odd wrong product sent in past years but the online shopping has been a positive experience.

I have been a Grattan customer for 30 odd years, just lately I have not been happy with them. Ordering is still really good, but, some items are not being confirmed as having been sent out, so sometimes I do not know if they are out for delivery, not available, or when being delivered. Not happy at all
