Still awaiting delivery item that was promised for next day

I ordered a pair of knee high boots. Normally they get delivered within a few days, so far it's been a few weeks, plus we now have to now pay postage. I had to send them back, far too baggy at the calfs. Also I wish they would do longer trousers rather than around 30inch. I am normally 33inches in length, so to get them elsewhere. I have been with Grattan for over 40 years

Price was very competitive and delivery I was gobsmacked, only 50p !

Grattan has a good selection of products. I usually shop the clothing. Shame having to pay for delivery now. That was a good reason to shop with them. Website easy to use. I love the discounts that pop up regularly on my phone.

Been buying from Grattan for over 40 years they now make changes and don't inform you like introducing a delivery charge may be minimal but we should have been informed of this. Also commission used to be paid on everything now only full priced items. Evri their delivery company are absolutely dreadful couriers scruffy and very surley vehicles look in a terrible state parcels often just dumped on the front doorstep and bell not even rung. I have given feedback on this but nothing changes.

Ordered an item showing as in stock via direct dispatch within 7 days. After 10 days I phoned to ask where it was. Apparently it was out of stock! I'd received no communication to this effect. Eventually received confirmation it was being dispatched and was delivered by Evri who left it on the doorstep despite a clear note on the door requesting it be left next door. Been Grattan customer for decades but this was dreadful service.

Great selections for all the family, be it clothes, toys or electricals. Great prices too. Quick delivery and you are kept well informed about your order.

So disappointing, I ordered a jumper, received men’s aftershave. Not impressed, I even had to pay the postage!

utter garbage. Ordered a bed, arrived damaged in August, still waiting on uplift, 3 phone calls, all 3 times i got lies over the phone. Bed still here as of 10.10.25 and payments start on 14th. We have cancelled the direct debit.

Just love grattan. The clothes I get are of good quality and fit great.

I bought an autumnal decoration and it is lovely so I am very pleased.It is tasteful with nice autumn colours...green, orange, brown and yellow and made up of items connected with autumn like leaves and pumpkins.
Grattan is a well respected company known for its excellence.

I didn’t like the fact that two items were missing from my parcel & the parcel retaped up . Customer services / message line very rapid to launch an investigation.

Ordered items but twice delivery was cancelled by courier. Twice I wrote to customer services to chase but after 3 days I've had no reply. I called today and they can't help me as it's not under their control. I need to chase courier..

Poor customer service, poor processes to address issues when they go wrong, poor reply to issue, poor choice of courier.

Overall, totally disappointed and let down. Items were for an event this weekend so I'll just be returning the items when they finally arrive.

Poor customer service means loss of sales for them.

I have been with Grattan for 30+ years and in all that time they have never let me down. Always excellent service with excellent range of products, no matter what you are looking for. Long may it continue.

I've shopped with Grattan for many years and ordering online is really easy.A great range of products from homeware to fashion. Delivery is within a couple of days from ordering. Satisfaction all round.

Was advised delivery would be on the Saturday, got an email of the ‘courier’ that it would be delayed and haven’t heard a thing since. Why use this courier is beyond me
