Ordered 3 similar tops for choice. First two arrived separately within a couple of days but still await the third. In the past my order of 2 or 3 items would all arrive in one parcel but it seems each one is sent individually on different days with a delay of one item. A little frustrating but generally very pleased with quality, description etc. At present I have chosen one top, sending the other back today and still await the third top.

Been shopping with Grattan for many years and always been very happy with them. However, my latest order did not arrive on the specified date. They asked me to review my items even though they had not arrived! No email to inform me of the delay so I checked order tracking on my account and it says there has been a delay and I should contact customer services. I did this and they don’t know where my order is so they will launch an enquiry which will take another 7 days and then they will order a replacement. Sorry Grattan, but on this occasion your service has been really poor.

Grattan used to be a great catalogue but since it has been using Evri as its courier and has outsourced its customer service it has gone severely downhill.

Despite requesting my recent order be delivered to a local ParcelShop, the items were delivered to my home. When I queried this I was told that I had put two delivery addresses on the order which is impossible to actually do. When I again challenged this I was then told that only certain items were available for the ParcelShop option but this had never been disclosed at checkout or even after ordering so in my view is a breach of contract. I now have no idea where my items will be delivered and as I work all week who knows what will happen if they are delivered at home since previously Evri have left them on my doorstep on a busy street or have thrown parcels over my 6ft garden wall damaging contents and my property.

I have been with Grattan for around 33 years but this will be the last order that I place with them as the service is appalling and the couriers a joke.

Always bought at Grattan when I want something buying anything special, never dissapointsbeing buying with Grattan since 1982

I booked a return with your courier for Saturday 21st June and as usual I waited in all day and no one came to collect my return. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

To be honest you have to put in certain works online to get what your looking for and sometimes it doesn't work and you end up scrolling through loads of pages or just get fed up and say no I'll look else where. I'm old school, I'd like to look through a book, like Grattan's used to do

Items arrived promptly, exactly as ordered (though some returned as ordered for choice).
Returns were organised quickly and with no fuss- a very different experience than the hassle from other companies.

I am pleased with my beding my crocs was also good

I used to run a grattans agency some years back now I just get clothes for myself and a close friend
I have spent hundreds of pounds on the catalogue. Im disappointed about the delivery charge if under £30 sometimes there is a delivery charge if its over£30 and I have to phone and get it removed. Also I would rather have a catalogue than looking online for clothes

I ordered 6 items and have received 2 of them. The other 4 items should have arrived yesterday but they have not. I checked my account and it says 'delivery delayed, contact customer services'. This is not the first time this has happened. I was relying on these items being delivered - I am very disappointed! Why can't Grattan at the very least send an email to keep me updated and explain why this has happened and when I can expect delivery. Very poor customer service!

Grattan are brilliant always have been since my mum used them 60 years as go. Just bought 2 x super king size duvets sets on the sale for £4 each excellent quality and what a fantastic price, look forward to ordering for many years to come, thank you

After many years shopping with Grattan I had a strange split delivery, it was noted on the delivery note and on my account as 2 items in 1 parcel. As I only received 1 item I called customer service. They were very helpful and said the second item would be delivered shortly. Five minutes later it came! So whilst I am normally very happy with them, the delivery details weren’t right which worried me until I phoned them. They used to say To Follow on the delivery note, also my account should not have said the missing item had been delivered and given the same return date as the one I received a few days earlier so I’ve docked a star for this issue.
