What an app this is. I love it! I try products I have never had before and sometimes get for free or reduced price. This enables me to try and buy again if I like. The customer service team are brilliant they are so supportive when I have an issue. Which is very rarely. Brilliant keep up the great work greenjiunn.

Green jinn has excellent money saving offers on groceries which really help with my budget.it is so easy to download the reciept and the money is returned to you very quickly.my receipt has a problem downloading today I contacted green jinn and problem was sorted within 10 mins of my email and my money was paid out... excellent customer service

I would give 5 stars but lately payments have been taking weeks to get sent out and i have emailed them a few times over the last couple of weeks and got no answer back from them.

so if they make payments faster they will get 5 stars from me.

When an issue arose it was very quickly sorted. One email and problem resolved. Once again fantastic service from greenjin. Much appreciated 👍

I'm using all three of these types of apps (GreenJinn, Checkout Smart and Shopmium) and I have found GreenJinn to be the best one. This is because:

- The app is superior to the other two: GreenJinn remembers the previously selected store, it shows all the information efficiently, it always says how long an offer has left and it has in-built filtering of categories.

- The minimum cashout amount is very low and there's no hidden fee.

- Savings have always been accepted and they are dealt with quickly.

- After using all three for the same amount of time, I have submitted the most deals in this app.

Had a query recently and unfortunately it took over 2 weeks to get a response but once GreenJinn finally did get in touch their Customer Service was incredibly helpful and they sorted out my issue promptly.

Generally good experience with this app.

Whilst not the most generous as typically it offers a reduction rather than free products, every little helps.

My cash back tracked incorrectly it was quickly put right by a very helpful assistant

They are really quick with the cashback. Offer a great variety and freebies pop up very regularly. Would definitely recommend 😁

Totally brilliant cashback app, never had any problems with having my receipts accepted or payment of the cashback. Sometimes the receipts are accepted before I've even exited the app. Cashback paid via PayPal within a few days. Highly recommended app!

One of the best coupon/cashback apps around. Good offers on new and established brands, some which repeat regularly, and very quick and easy to claim your cashback. So far I’ve claimed over £120 back!
