Price good, timber good, but as others have said there is a lack of communication.
Ordered online and heard nothing for three weeks then a text a 5.30am saying they could deliver that day..
Other than that a good service and would have had five stars.
Would like to add that the delivery driver was excellent.

Greens forge timber has not delivered my order in full, since it was delivered in June they still have not delivered missing Items or refunded me my money. I have made numerous calls, however my issue is still not resolved. Would not recommend

Your order was £164, sadly our minimum order for delivery is £300 with a £50 delivery fee. As stated on the top of every page on our website and in more places.
5wks waiting with no return…
5wks waiting with no return communication, when it did arrive no delivery note and numerous items missing. I had cancelled the order through my credit card the day before delivery, they were quick to contact me for payment of what they had delivered 😄

Good timber and good helpful delivery driver
The driver phoned to give me a time of arrival and cheerfully unloaded quite a big load of timber. He helped me stack it in the drive. There was a bit more than I ordered to compensate for a few boards he felt were not as good. I was happy with the quality and paid cash transfer on delivery. Best price too.
