Emailed twice now with pictures about a poor quality delivery I had last Thursday hoping to get replacements sent out 2 bundles of tongue and groove log lap buried under some better quality in the delivery pile, it was clear it had rubbed or been loaded rough as it was covered in red paint too all not fit for purpose. I am realistic and expected some bad boards which there is a few but the quantity in the bundles was not acceptable to me.
Update: as green forge stated I was contacted very soon after my last post and apologies made, it has now been rectified and Ben kept me up to date and ensured I was happy which I am more than pleased now it's sorted I can continue building my man cave. Cheers Ben

Price including delivery was over £80 cheaper than our cheapest local timber supplier (I have several trade accounts)

Excellent prices and delivery. Being able to pay on delivery by cash or card is really helpful when ordering timber products, as you can make sure you're happy with it before handing over the money. Great service all round highly recommended
