your service and direct freight was very good but item needed to be another taxi truck, who didn't pass it on to the next service to gave it delivered. Just put it at their drop of place unattended
your service and direct freight was great, but from Wagga it was placed on Millers Taxi Truck to West Wyalong and I had to travel 80 Km to collect my parcel. No contact form the Taxi truck but had another parcel to collect form they. Found items in unsecured create under an veranda in a transport haulage yard. No one to check who was taking what form this drop of point. we collected item on 16/10/2026 in West Wyalong not delivered to address even though could have been.

Advertised as free shipping over $150 - I spent over $200 and was then told I would need to pay an additional $80 for shipping to my address.
I purchased on behalf of a non-profit small netball club so this was a huge expense for us.
Perhaps don’t advertise what you can’t honour. This has put me off purchasing from here again.

Safe way to keep sharp knives
