A Very dubious enterprise
I have just experienced a very unpleasant and unsatisfactory association with this business. I have been left with the feeling that I have been deceived and ripped off, but questionable procedures by the vendor make it difficult to prove.There is a fine line between sharp practice, deceit and dishonesty. From my experience, it could be argued that this is the zone in which this business operates; it could also be argued that the individual who interacts with customers does this in a deliberate and consistent manner and gains satisfaction from it. My advice would be to keep well clear from this operation. Look out for the no returns or exchanges policy.

First time used,complete satisfaction
Ordered a Big Max cart bag, had phone call straight away to say I could have the ordered one, but the new model with different colours were released, told if I changed, it would be about 14 to come. which it did, completely satisfied with product and staff. Thank you Greg Nicholson.

Fishy - never have stock although advertised.
I ordered Pringle sweaters online. They called back and sent another brand. I return it but they refused to refund my purchase because I accepted to look at the other sweaters. They have now mysteriously changed management and trading with the same name from Manshester to Checester All my store credit was written off. Costed me £124. Avoid them at all costs

ordered a cobra staightneck s2 3wood from this company and was given an order number by email ,this was on thursday at 4.15 a.m , so phoned on the friday ( today) to see if the club could be tracked and his assistant asked me to phone back at 1o/clock and he told me it would arrive on monday ,this i found out to be a complete lie there was no tracking number or club, he actually did not have the club available so he offered me a n offset model which i did not want, and then offered me the new model which would cost more money, after a debate going round in circles the bottom line was that he wanted me to pay him more money if i took the club which i didnt,after thinking about it phoned 3 minutes later and [Name removed] is not available, so now i have to wait at least a week till the money is refunded and then i will have to wait for another company to deliver all in all a very bad seller whos assistant clearly tells lies and offers clubs that are not available
