Excellent support for a 20 year old product.
I required a spare part for a 20 year old toilet cistern in a Utopia bathroom suite. The toilet was made by Grohe. I contacted Grohe support and emailed them some photos. I received a very prompt reply with all the information I needed to buy the replacement part and fit it. The parts are readily available on Amazon. Excellent service.
Bought a Grohe Euphoria 310 shower…
Bought a Grohe Euphoria 310 shower system about 3 years ago. It was a pain from the start. After maybe 3 months, water would initially come out then slow to a trickle. Pretty much abandoned using that POS and used much older shower. Finally decided to try to fix it. Did as Grohe tech support suggested, disassembling, cleaning the screens at the supply line, pulling out cartridge and inspecting for debris. Nothing really in there. Reassembled but same thing, a trickle from the overhead after about 40 seconds. Wand behaves same way. They suggested taking out the 'check valve', ie the assembly where the nuts attach to hot and cold supply. Good luck with that. It's a 12mm hex fitting and it's brass. Mind you, a 12mm Allen key is not standard NOR included in the $900 shower. Had to order online. Didn't help though. Not sure what/who is assembling but way, way too torqued. Wouldn't budget even with a 24" breaking bar. Well not quite accurate. It did budget but at the hex Allen fitting because brass is soft and that failed before it would unscrew. Very, very frustrating. Did my best, concluded there was no debris, reinstalled and same thing. After much complaining with Grohe, they decided to send me entirely new unit. Grohe had suggested that the reason the 12mm Allen fittings wouldn't move (even after soaking in vinegar, applying WD40 multiple times AND a hair dryer on the fittings) was because they may have calcified. Didn't really use it all that much to begin to have calcified. But I checked the brandy new replacement they sent me and those 12mm Allen fittings wouldn't budget either. I'm reluctant to even go thru installing the brandy new system since it may fail in the same way.
Overall, this has been an absolutely horrible experience. I'll probably cut my losses and go with a more reputable manufacturer.
Grohe went from a former reliable product to an overpriced, bottom of the barrel plumbing company. FAIL!!!
Overpriced Product with Poor Spare Part Support – Extremely Disappointed!
I paid £1,000 for the Grohe Grohtherm SmartControl Perfect Shower Set (Model 34706000), expecting premium quality and reliable after-sales service. While the design and functionality are good, Grohe’s support is shocking.
When I needed a replacement shower elbow, Grohe confirmed via email that they do not sell this part individually. How dare Grohe charge such an exorbitant amount for this product and then refuse to provide essential spare parts? This means if one small component fails, you’re forced to replace the entire set – a costly and wasteful approach.
I have a photo of the elbow and the email confirmation from Grohe if anyone needs proof – happy to share.
For a brand that claims to be premium, this is unacceptable. Customers deserve better support and transparency.
Free support after 12yrs!
I bought a kitchen filter tap in 2014.
Within warranty the swan-neck spout became wobbly; a Grohe engineer visited and fixed within an hour.
Today (Dec 2025), it leaked where the spout joins the body of the tap. Calling Grohe support, the Agent spent time to track down exactly how to disconnect the spout (my primary question) and advise on how to source the two replacement O-rings that might be needed.
Free support at the end of a phone on a 12yr old product is amazing and well worth 5 stars!

Appena installato grohe home blue. Ho ordinato delle bombole di co2 ma sembra che il corriere le abbia perse ma grohe non aiuta per niente a risolvere il problema e chiede di aspettare anziché cercare di risolvere il problema attivamente. Per non parlare poi dell’atteggiamento pessimo del customer service che mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Avessi saputo come erano non avrei comprato da loro.

Grohe envoie victorieusement un certificat de livraison de la société ups où il y a juste un trait au lieu de la signature et prétend donc que j’ai été livré!!!
Pourtant la signature est obligatoire et une photo doit être réalisée par le livreur, ce qui n’a pas été fait
Grohe devrait prendre en charge ce défaut de livraison, son prestataire étant incapable de prouver la livraison

I purchased a Grohe kitchen Side lever spring neck tap for £170. The tap looked good quality until we came to fit it. The tightening nut would not secure the tap to the sink. In the end we had to use ptfe tape to make the tap a good fit to the sink. Cannot believe it would not tighten.. Also we were sent a fixing tool which was for a completely different tap. Am I the only one with this problem? Any way it does at least work
Nie wieder! Absolut katastrophal!
Wir haben unser Dusch-WC vor ca. 1,5 Jahren eingebaut und wir haben bereits nach wenigen Wochen normalem Verbrauch Mängel festgestellt. Wasser floss aus dem Dusch-WC raus und hat mega viel Wasser verbraucht. Außerdem hat der kleine Abspühlknopf den Geist aufgegeben und funktioniert in 8 von 10 Fällen auch nicht mehr.
Wir haben den Kundendienst im Juli mehrmals angeschrieben mit Bitte sich die Probleme näher anzuschauen. Bisher noch keine Antwort und die Mängel sind immer noch da.
Außerdem muss man den Dusch-WC 2-3 mal im Jahr reinigen, was wieder 60€ pro Kit kostet. Mega schlimm und wir werden sicherlich nie wieder bei Grohe kaufen!!

Absolutely awful experience. The products were overpriced yet poor quality, and when they failed the customer service was non-existent — even during warranty they tried to blame me, refused to fix issues, and charged ridiculous support fees. I regret ever ordering from this company.

Een nieuwe Kraan gekocht van bijna €2000 en dan verwacht je kwaliteit maar niets is minder waar het gaat constant kapot (lekt koolzuurgas). Het koolzuurhoudende water werkt consistent een regelrechte ellende, het gefilterde koude water stopt steeds met werken en we moeten de unit volledig resetten een 10/10 zou ik niet - kan ik niet aanbevelen. De ondersteuning van Grohe is op zijn best matig tot slecht. Elke keer dat we bellen, beginnen we opnieuw met een nieuwe ondersteuningsmedewerker wat een ellende van z’n goed merk.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Products are below par nowadays, yet very expensive. Customer service non-existent, even during warranty company just blames the consumer and charges ridiculous amounts for "support". Their CO2 program is a scam. I used to be a big fan of Grohe, even paid extra to get their water system into my new kitchen. Big mistake, never will buy another product or service from this company.
Grohe blue home non funzionante
Acquistato un depuratore con frigorifero che purtroppo presenta il problema di sgasare dopo una decina di litri la bombola di gas per l’acqua frizzante. Nonostante il macchinario sia stato sostituito ben 4 volte (anche se con tempi abbastanza lunghi-dai 30 gg in poi dopo l’apertura della segnalazione), purtroppo permane sempre lo stesso difetto il che rende antieconomico l’utilizzo delle bombole di CO2 (costano sui 15€ ciascuna ed erogano circa 10 l di acqua gassata). Le sostituzioni avvengono con impianti ricondizionati ma evidentemente non sono sistemati a dovere visto che il problema é sempre lo stesso e intanto mi trovo ad aver speso oltre 3000€ senza esserne soddisfatta. É una ditta che al momento non consiglio assolutamente

SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE! Abbiamo acquistato un depuratore tramite vendita telefonica, dopo averlo montato a distanza di 3 giorni dall'installazione l'acqua gassata non funzionava più, mi hanno mandata a comprare la bombola nuova per scoprire che non era un problema di bombole ma di distributore non funzionante, chiamati più volte non venivano nessuno a risolvere il problema, abbiamo deciso di mandare la disdetta entro i 15 giorni dall'installazione ed a distanza di 1 mese ancora non sono venuti a smontare nulla. Call center incapace di risolvere il problemi, assistenza inesistente, hanno cercato di temporeggiare anche per farci superare i 15 giorni entro i quali avremmo potuto inviare il recesso senza penali. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro e fregati alla grande.

j'ai envoyer un mail pour demander au sujet des consignes des bouteilles de gaz,(il en faut 5 minimum) voilà la réponse que j'ai reçu.
nous reprenons les bouteilles pour recyclage à notre charge
mais ne proposons pas de remboursement de consigne.

Grohe Blue Home en panne au bout de 5 ans ! SAV déplorable !!!
Notre Grohe Blue Home est tombé en panne après 5 ans d'utilisation (6 mois après la fin de la garantie!!!!). Le bloc réfrigérant de la bonbonne de gaz s'est fissuré. le technicien du SAV m'a demandé 250 euros de frais de déplacement pour m'annoncer qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi. Bien entendu le SAV de Grohe ne nous a pas aidé à trouver une solution pour un appareil coutant 1700€ ! leur réponse : "Achetez en un autre"... Bref, A FUIR absolument !
Colonne de douche défaillante
Colonne de douche défaillante le SAV ne veut rien savoir et juge que c'est normal que l'inverseur démarre sur la tête de douche au lieu de la Douchette. Cet été un enfant de 6 ans s'est brûlé. Nous allons saisir une association de consommateur pour non respect des règles de sécurité et nous allons exiger le remplacement. Et plus jamais cette marque.
Appalling company
Appalling after-sale and appalling quality of over-priced products. Bought 2 pricy Grohe Sensia Arena smart bidet toilets directly from Grohe UK for a small 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat, with us as only 2 occupants. One of the two toilets failed after just over 5 years in our private low-usage environment (50% failure rate under low usage conditions!). Grohe has only one service agent who will promised call back within 4 weeks (!) to discuss the problem first, as they are very busy. No spares in the UK anyway to fix these. Based on this appalling and costly experience I would definitely not recommend the Grohe Sensia Arena - nor anything Grohe.
