Think before you buy Grohe: The reliability of Grohe kitchen faucets is extremely substandard for the amount you pay (e.g., > $700). We started having problems with internal mixing within 8 years of initial installation during a professional kitchen remodel, and then the fixture started leaking, which damaged our kitchen cabinet. After wasting time and money to have the mixing valve replaced, we received a one time replacement for an entire fixture. Then, the nozzle failed less than 3 years after the fixture was replaced. Grohe refused to replace it for free, and the nozzle is not available through Grohe, anyway. A matching after market replacement nozzle costs > $150, which is more expensive than more reliable competitor kitchen faucet fixtures. Bye Grohe! I will build my confidence elsewhere.

GRHOE Mitigeur MINTA : catastrophique
J'ai acheté un robinet mitigeur Modèle Minta de chez GROHE. Surtout n'achetez pas ce robinet !!! C'est le pire achat de ma vie. L'eau éclabousse de partout à chaque utilisation. Votre évier ressemble à une piscine. La solution serait de mettre un mousseur. Mais malgré tous mes appel chez GROHE, il n'y a aucun mousseur qui peut s'adapter à ce robinet. Vous êtes donc condamné à garder un robinet qui éclabousse tout votre évier et votre crédence à chaque utilisation. C'est l'horreur.

Grohe – 5 Years and Still No Resolution for a Simple Reimbursement
Back in November 2020, I contacted Grohe about a leaking hose for my kitchen faucet. They didn’t have the part in stock and advised me to purchase it from Amazon, promising reimbursement if I submitted my receipt.
I sent them the original faucet receipt, the Amazon receipt, and multiple follow-up emails. A representative even confirmed they would process the refund.
Nearly five years later, after repeated attempts to get an update, I have received no reimbursement and no meaningful response from Grohe. The amount is small, but the principle matters. I expected better service and accountability from a company of Grohe’s reputation.

I would give it a zero stars if I could. The pullout spray your head of my kitchen faucet has been replaced three times and needs to be replaced again. The top cap broke off and will not stay on so I glued it on and customer service said that voids the warranty. The spray head does not match the finish and they will not replace my faucet. It is stuck and will not turn, and customer service will not replace it even though it was an expensive faucet, and I bought it for the lifetime warranty. Steer clear of Grohe. The customer service is horrible.

Il rubinetto filtrante in se funziona bene nulla da dire, il problema si pone quando devi fare il reso di un prodotto acquistato online e a distanza di quasi un mese ancora non ho ricevuto il rimborso. Sostengono di emetterlo entro 10/15 gg lavorativi dal ricevimento del reso presso di loro ma ad oggi, dopo 18 giorni lavorativi, ancora non ho ricevuto nulla e non rispondono alle mail di sollecito riscontro. Ho aperto una contestazione con Paypal speriamo risolvano.

Ich bin von meiner GROHE Rainshower F-Series Kopfbrause enttäuscht. Obwohl sie über einen längeren Zeitraum gut funktionierte, begannen nach etwa drei Jahren massive Probleme: Die Düsen setzen sich trotz optimaler Wasserbedingungen (Enthärtungsanlage und Filter) und regelmäßiger Reinigung immer wieder zu – teilweise muss ich sie täglich reinigen, damit überhaupt Wasser durchfließt. Das ist bei einem Markenprodukt in dieser Preisklasse völlig unverständlich.
Besonders enttäuschend jedoch ist der Kundenservice. Meine detaillierten Nachfragen zum Garantieanspruch wurden ignoriert. Man schob das Problem pauschal auf Kalk, obwohl eine zweite Regendusche im gleichen Haus unter denselben Bedingungen problemlos funktioniert. Schließlich wurde mir sogar schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass man keine weiteren Rückmeldungen geben werde. Das ist für mich nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern inakzeptabel.
Von GROHE hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet – sowohl technisch als auch in Sachen Service. Leider keine Empfehlung mehr von mir.
Grohe inlet mixing valves 35214 35210 with service stops can't be repaired.
Two Grohe Grohsafe shower inlets model 35214 purchased in 1997 started leaking. replaced the mixing valve after being instructed to turn off the built in service stops first. After replacement completed and the service stops were turned back on, they now started leaking right away. Grohe states that those service stops have been discontinued and are no longer available. Called Grohe three times on July 28 and spoke with three different "experts". Each told me a different replacement model to use for the discontinued item. They were service stop model numbers 47467000, 47051, and I forgot the third number. They all look totally different and wouldn't have fit had we purchased them. I was then told that there is nothing available to replace them with. Now the water main is turned off and we are without water.
It is amazing that spare parts are discontinued before the life of the inlet valve/mixing valve is up.
Now we need to knock out all the tile and redo the entire showers after the walls have been opened to redo the valves in a hurry. Should have never bought this so called high end, high priced crappy German engineering mess. Would give zero stars if the option would exist!
Grohe Kitchen Tap: Lousy quality & Service
I purchased a Grohe kitchen sink tap (Model: 30270000) in December 2020. Over the past four years, the pull-out hand shower has been replaced three times (on 19 January 2022, 23 February 2023, and 28 June 2024) due to a recurring fault where it produces an irritating noise and automatically switches to spray mode.
Unfortunately, the same fault has occurred again since June this year—this is now the fourth time.
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from both the dealer, AquaLife (Singapore), and Grohe Singapore, as well as with the quality of the product itself. Furthermore, I was appalled by the unprofessional behaviour of the Grohe’s Technical Administrator from Lixil Water Technology, who has not been very helpful and even rude!
I'd better experience with Hansgrohe products!

Wir haben einen Grohe Blue Home. Seit 3 Wochen warten wir auf den Austausch der CO2 Zylinder. Es wird mind. noch eine Woche dauern, bis die Zylinder bei uns eintreffen!!! Zudem muss eine Dichtung ersetzt werden, die wir nicht selber austauschen wollten. Vom Kundendienst kommen E-Mail mit falschen Adressen. Bei Nachfrage kann man nicht einmal einem Techniker von Equans kontaktieren. Service in der Schweiz unterirdisch. Noch nie so einen schlechten Kundendienst gesehen, sieht man auch an den Bewertungen. … wir warten immer noch auf die Zylinder und den Techniker. Mal sehen wie lange das noch geht.

Conception du mitigeur " zadra" a revoir !!!
Comme beaucoup ,pas content de ce mitigeur de cuisine " zadra" avec douchette en inox brossé posé dans une nouvelle cuisine.
Prix d'achat il y a 5 ans juste : 649 euros et une fuite au flexible d'eau froide.
Après démontage du mitigeur, impossible de desserrer ce flexible car dans un endroit inaccessible pour une clé !!!
La conception de ce mitigeur cause problème !
En effet au départ vissé à la main avec joint mais après fonctionnement avec une eau calcareuse, le filetage est enrobé de calcaire, ce qui ne permet plus un démontage à la main !!!
Donc ce mitigeur ma coûté 129,8 euros par année, plus cher que l'eau consommée.
Conclusion, j'ai monté une autre marque !

ho cercato una soluzione al problema di consumo d'acqua in plastica visto che in famiglia siamo in 4 ed abitiamo in un contesto senza ascensore, allora abbiamo pensato di regalarci la comodità dell'acqua in casa senza più pesi, da marzo in funzione abbiamo subito avuto qualche problema, inizialmente non si riusciva a far funzionare la bombola di CO2 e la connessione, poi siamo riusciti dopo varie telefonate con l'assistenza a fare l'installazione, o ci sarebbe costata un bel pò per l'uscita del tecnico, cosa che abbiamo pagato da qualche settimana per scoprire che non fa acqua liscia fredda ma solo fresca e solo per un paio di bicchieri, che è rumorosissimo ma che è normale.... a noi sembrava che stesse per scoppiare, nemmeno un classico frigorifero esterno fa così tanto rumore, questo era aumentato quando con il troppo caldo dei giorni passati abbiamo aumentato la temperatura tutta sul freddo per avere l'acqua si pensava più fredda ma il macchinario non riesce ad avere un'areazione adeguata visto che i gradi in casa sono alti e pur avendo eseguito l'installazione come da indicazioni continua sempre a girare ininterrottamente... avrei preferito sapere fin dall'inizio queste cose, quindi l'acqua fredda vale solo per quella frizzante e sempre con limitazione di quantità la CO2 aumenta solo in relazione alla temperatura della stessa, quindi, acqua molto gassata solo se molto fredda e acqua liscia a temperatura ambiente. Giudizio complessivo carente e costi filtro eccessivi.

Je suis très déçu par le service après-vente de Grohe concernant le modèle Sensia Arena 39354SH1, acheté en 2021 (commande CF284453). Après une panne, j’ai tenté d’obtenir une solution rapide et fiable, mais aucune prise en charge concrète n’a été proposée à ce jour.
Grohe m’a simplement orienté vers un réparateur local, avec un délai d’intervention estimé au mois de septembre, soit plus de quatre mois d’attente pour un appareil essentiel au quotidien. Cela est inacceptable pour un produit de cette gamme et de ce prix, présenté comme haut de gamme.
Ce manque de réactivité, de clarté et de suivi de la part de Grohe est très regrettable. Je ne peux que déconseiller ce modèle, voire cette marque, si vous attendez un service après-vente sérieux et efficace.
