Disgusting con artists! Stole my £45 deposit by locking me out of my account as I was winning a poker tournament. No valid reason for the block - after passing verification (and getting an email saying I passed verification) I get another email saying they need more information in order to verify me: ID, selfie with ID in hand, bank statements, utility bills, etc. Why don't you ask for a picture of my a**ehole as well?
I understand nothing will satisfy them and they will keep asking for more and more information until you give up.

Ive changed my reviews from 1 star to 3 star. The game did eventually pick up a little. I love pots and free spins features and I play for them and lately they've been playing average good. Not had massive wins but decent size. App is total garbage. Firstly they need to sack the app developers, almost every 45-60 mins the app just randomly shuts itself down for no reason, you could have bets ready to go or mid play and boom app shuts down, you log back in and return to the table to only find you would have won. That being said i deposited 40 pound, got to 200 pound but like the degenerate i am i spun it all away. i kept putting 20 pounds in until i was overall about 160 pound out of pocket ( my last 160 to my name by the way) and then i won 450 pound. withdrew with no problems and set a deposit limit. please gamble responsibly this stuff is so scary counting myself very very lucky but overall it’s a good site works well

I cannot believe my experience at Grosvenor Casino, Westbourne.In my opinion, it felt like a complete scam. I have spent thousands of pounds there, including over £1,500 on some visits, and I never seem to get any decent spins or wins. It just feels like they take your money.I would never recommend this place. Please think carefully before you go. I don’t want anyone else to experience the disappointment and frustration that I have felt.

Will accept and take your money without hesitation however when it comes to withdrawing your money they will delay the withdrawal process, day 10 of waiting for my funds although they accepted the deposits of £1500 within 3 hours.
