had an account with them for months been depositing fine when i went to withdraw they locked my account and asked me for lots of details and would not give me my withdrawal until i have completed the verification

This is a complete scam

Not a bad site for games, but got to be the worst for bonuses, the free daily wheel only ever gives 1 free spin or 10p casino chip not worth spinning waste of time.

If i could give zero stars i would. What an absolute joke not a casino. You win a bit of money and then they lock your account u send them documents and they send u email that they cant verify your details so the closing your account. In these days all the casinos has an automatic verification systems but not this one then they sending bunch of clauses of terms and conditions and basically confiscates your winnings without any proper explanation. So people please stay away cos if u will win u wont get it as they makes them own rules and accuse u of things they feel like . Sad and disappointing and definitely will take this further.

As i can see so many reviews coming up about this casino and basically same situation as i was in. I have never recieved my winings. They locked the account and just said i breached some kind of terms and conditions not explaining what. I have send them all the documents they have requested even me holding my document and etc. people pls dont play here h wont get your money maybe first withdrawal u will recieve like i did but not others . Horrible site. I've reviewed nearly every site out there, some good, some bad and some awful. 2 sites take it to another level in the awful category. This is 1 of them. Out of over 100 reviews this is and the other site, Mr vega* are easily the worst. It's not even close. Stay clear. I have loads of footage on my reviews to back up my views. Awful

One star is too good for this site. Should have started with Beware Scam site.
Opened account won some tried to withdraw £50 and then they blocked my account and reversed the money back. Now asking for ID before withdraw. Am 57 passport update but forgot to update address on bank statements.
So can't get paid until address updates end of June or July

Terrible casino experience with poor payouts. Grosvenor seems to be allergic to paying out bonuses, and nothing has really changed since I last reviewed this site. My advice is to look for other sites with better ratings here and better payouts. In my opinion, look for better chances of getting bonuses, and decent ones, at Slot Temple and Paddy Power, to name just a few. In 30 odd years of playing and during stretches of bad luck, there haven't been many casinos that shy away from dropping bonuses like this one compared to others. Don't go for the "it's all random" excuse; different casinos choose the options from the game suppliers. That's why you can have better returns on some casinos rather than others. I played 10 different slots and got a few features and no bonuses over hours of play. The only plus is the selection of games, but the payouts suck. I'd give it a 0.5 rating, but this site doesn't go that low, and that rating would be seen as generous. Poor, very poor. 1 out of 5.

I successfully joined the Casino, when I tried to log in, I was asked SPECIFICALLY for my email address and not my user name, which led to my account being blocked, so after filling in the user name, I was allowed in. I then deposited £20 in order to claim the bonus of £20, which I got, but I cannot use the £20 bonus anywhere. This is the first and last time I use this awful company.

The staff were very friendly, and we were given a few freebies as a welcome offer - although I am not naive to the fact that these are to get you to come back and spend more money! In particular, Jake was very friendly and fun on the roulette and craps table, and really made my evening.
