I opted in for a promo called 5% cashback on losses up to £50 , I wagered more then £80 and lost all of it. Apparently I didn't qualify for the loss because I was in the winning qualification. I spoke to the customer service and she stated all of that. I don't know how you can be a winning qualification when there is no withdrawal and winning more then what you wagered.

They completely got rid of any contact info on their site. No Live chat, no contact email. Nothing. The sports page was constantly not loading on any browser or device, I was unable to cash out twice now because of it. Deliberate? probably so

Invited to family meal, had to register as member just to enter even though had no intention of gambling. All personal details were taken including a photo and I received a membership card. In the days and weeks later I kept receiving marketing texts with an option to opt out by texting the number, I wasn’t even given the option to opt out when at the casino! I did this, as did other family members but the number didn’t actually exist. Contacted their online webchat, all I asked was to take my number off their list but the person on other end said he needed my details. I gave them but he did not ask for membership card number and he said they didn’t match. Without warning he immediately ended the chat.
I started again and got another agent. I explained what had just happened and when he went through the checking, again I was immediately cut off! How dare they! My details were NOT wrong! I didn’t even ask to be on their marketing list!!!!!!!!
Now I seem stuck with them.

So, I won £80 then the bonus wheel showed up which could multiply my win by up to 10 times, but the wheel would not spin, I reloaded it 6 times and the system went back to the original win and the wheel. I contacted support, they said " this is a technical issue which would take 15 days to sort out" I did send screen shots, in conclusion I believe this feature was programmed out...it's a scam. After complaining they came off with total crap that the bet was best score out of Eighteen holes !.

I won a poker tournament, qualified for a £10k tournament at 1 of the casinos. Thought this would be genuine for poker. Since I won at the start, every single hand I've played all in, has been beaten by bad calls. Pocket aces 3 times on the trot, followed by pocket kings, the lost too. 7/3 of suit call, gave them trip 3's it goes on & on, higher flushes, higher runs, consecutively.. hand after hand.. The odds on loosing all of them are collasal! But not here..

I was banned from this casino nye on 18 yrs ago for suspected cheating which was nothing to do with me, but because the problem related to my older brother I was found guilty by association as I was with him. When I went in a couple of years ago without him I was advised that I was naturally barred for life. I recently emailed the manager in this regard & all James said was they are not in a position to lift my ban & that it will remain in place. I posed a couple of questions in my 1st email asking, why they didn't screen a crime report at that time and that the banning reason recorded 'Suspected Fraud' isn't good enough. I then asked James for a justified reason for the initial decision & the decision affirming it today. This company is an absolute Joke & should shut down A.S.A.P. this company don't know what they are doing the management are incompetent & need SACKING... I'm in a good mind of filing a claim for deformation of my very good character.
