Do not sign up for a subscription delivery to this company.
I had a subscription for one of their products. In August I requested to cancel the subscription as I moved house and also wanted to try something different. For this reason I didn’t change my address on my account as it didn’t matter.
In October, they took another subscription payment with no warning and sent another bottle of the product to my old address.
I contacted customer service and was told all deliveries were my responsibility. When I explained that I had cancelled my subscription they refused to refund and said I would have to return the product and closed the chat.
Totally unreasonable and in my opinion all subscriptions should warn you when you have a delivery on the way.
Really disappointed with this company.

Damaged items
I recently received an order which unfortunately was damaged during transit. After contacting customer care, the issue was dealt with very quickly and professionally.
Both advisors were very friendly and I was sent a replacement within 2 days.

I bought the 2 bottle of glow gorgeous few days ago and I’m not sure it’s from the website or not, cuz I bought from the Taiwan website, so I ask customers service to help me check it, Jade, she gave me absolutely great service and kind to answer my questions, 10/10 for her definitely.
