The product is fine and in use. My only problem was the video about assembly did not show which way up and around the float should go as telling me to slot it into a groove without showing the inside of the box and the groove was not clear.

Close to perfect.
Assembly was very straight forward and did not require any tools. Shame there isn't a cap/plug to fill the top holes where level connectors works go.
Looks great planted up and reservoir system seems to be working so far.

Quick and efficient service
After a slight initial delay in getting a reply to an email enquiry, we found the service to be really quick, friendly and efficient. Two days after I placed my order the plant boxes were delivered to Northern Ireland, which was quicker than we had expected. Really happy with the plant boxes, straightforward to use and look great against our brick wall. Look forward to our new vertical garden developing, and would definitely buy more of these to expand it.
