After leaving a less than kind review, I was contacted to discuss the issues I had with a custom belt they sent me. A picture was sent, it was agreed that the work was not up to standard, and they’re going to make me a new one as a priority. Can’t say fairer than that really. The belt itsself is a sturdy good quality bit of kit, and despite some dodgy reviews about customer service on here, I have found them to be very helpful and accommodating.

Don't often leave feedback but on occasion the service i receive compels me to do so.

The gunsmith range is not massive but what they do have is very good products. I have the belt premium 4" belt which is expensive but is the best belt ive ever used. The thickest leather available, does take some time to break in but when it does its awesome!

After using it for 18months i had an issue with the buckle, nothing major just one of the screws would not tighten. I emailed them out of hours, got an almost immediate response. Had an entire new buckle sent out within a few of days. I completely expected and was prepared to pay for it. I didnt know they provide a lifetime guarantee. A lot of companies claim that but rarely live upto it.

Anyway, i highly recommend both the product's and the company.

Outstanding quality products! I’ve had several items for Gunsmith now, including a personalised lifting belt, mobility bands & squat pad - all have been great! Great customer service and prompt delivery. Thank you!

Back in november I ordered a custom belt, but received one with the logo upside down in the beginning of january. You guys promised to sent a new one, which was a great solution at the time! You even offered a size down as that would’ve fit better! We’re 4 months further and i haven’t received a belt, neither did i get a reply on any of the last e-mails i sent you.

So i decided to comment on one of your posts on Instagram, maybe that would give a response. Instead you guys decided to delete the comment and block me? Not a single response at all. This must be the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had, really disappointing.

I understand making a belt over isn’t as exciting as making a new one and you’re probably more interested in new clients, reposts, reach and therefore revenue. But if you don’t take care of things like this, you’ll eventually get caught up. Hope you see a chance to reply to this last reach out, so we can come to a solution.

Received this belt as a Xmas present (I chose it!) and very happy. Seemed excellent quality and wore well from day one.
Then 6 months later (very little wear showing) one of the rivets came off. Clearly a faulty rivet which let them down - supplier issue no doubt.
Contacted Gunsmiths and they immediately stepped up and sent me a set of fresh rivets. No fuss. No stress. That’s how to run a business.
Recommended as a company. And recommended as a sturdy belt.

When do my Big Guns arrive???

Couldn’t be happier with the quality of all of my products and the service I have received from Gunsmith. I am slightly “picky” shall we say, and despite me having very specific requirements for my belt, these were all met and to be honest my expectations were exceeded. The belt is comfortable enough to sleep in, but still strong enough to supply all the support I needed, particularly as I struggled with lower back pain, which is no longer the case! The knee sleeves, unlike others I have used, actually stay in the correct place and yet don’t suffocate the life out of my legs. I could waffle on about the rest of the products I have from Gunsmith, but rather than wasting everyone’s time, to summarise, I don’t have a single complaint and have no intention of looking elsewhere for fitness products for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic company, would definitely use again. Everything I asked for was perfectly done and can not fault customer service

Gun Smith Fitness is top quality and the belt was worth the wait! I even got the belt quicker than anticipated. It looked and felt great and the price was right. Love these guys. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a custom belt as a present for a relative.I was a little lost with all the options but the team were a great help and we finally came to a design that i liked.4 weeks later it arrived in a lovely bsg with a card,its nice touches like that which mske the experience special.

Have got myself a few products from here so will write about them all! Firstly, got myself two custom belts - which are the best thing I’ve purchased in a long time. Excellent quality, just how I wanted them to look and actually small enough to fit my waist!! The resistance bands are the best I’ve tried in all my years of training, and the only ones I haven’t managed to snap yet! The wraps and straps are perfect for Olympic lifting as I suffer from a few upper body niggles, so make it much more comfortable for me to carry on doing the training I enjoy. And finally the barbell pad doesn’t roll around on the bar like others I’ve tried...and it’s pink!! Fast delivery and excellent quality. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The name stitching was too thick and sort of in pieces. I emailed the company, they disagreed and said that it’s top quality.

Ordered a ladies belt, perfect size and quick delivery! Will be ordering a custom belt very soon!

non existent customer service. near impossible to get a reply. over 13 weeks waited for a belt. had to open paypal dispute to get money back. they even tried to post a fake dpd delivery to stop the refund going through!

i got shibusha gloves, the black gloves with a wrist strap and ordered a custom belt. yeah... took a while but it does actually say so on the site DOH
really happy with it. leather is very soft

I ordered the ladies lifting belt and it was with me the next day. Unfortunately it was a little too big for me so I emailed the team. They reacted right away and the new belt was with me less than 24 hours later, even before I'd sent the original back!

Still awaiting custom made belt that was ordered 14th October. No email updates unless chased. Told 3 weeks ago it would be 2 weeks due to embroidery issue. Then told it will be dispatched at the weekend last week and now no reply and no dispatch information.
Main Christmas present for a loved one ruined

Purchased a custom belt only to wait 11-12 weeks to nothing. Not one email. So I reached out on Instagram bang they blocked me. Customer service is non existent for this company. It's a joke look elsewhere
