Good product. Lousy comms.
I like the product but the way the company communicates is poor. I was in the position where I accidentally choose to 'subscribe' rather than purchase as a one-off. Fortunately, I was able to cancel that subscription and the product. But it was not clear whether the order had been cancelled or not. My credit card showed that the subscription price was still pending.
Could I communicate with Gut Wealth to sort it out? NO!
The phone number they offer does not work.
They failed to answer both my email and the message service on the website. Next minute I received an automatic email saying the product had been dispatched.
When will companies today learn that if you want to keep your customers, you prioritise communicating with them! I am having second thoughts about ever using Gut Wealth again.
