Tar betalt trots att de inte levererade tjänsten. Vi tog hjälp av Habeno för att få igenom ett lån i Spanien, Första kontakten med Isak var toppen och han är väldigt serviceminded och duktig. Absolut inget ont om honom, men processen därefter är under all kritik. Banken lyckades inte leverera lånet i tid (trots att de haft mer än 2 månader på sig) så vi stod och riskerade att förlora vår handpenning på 10%. Inget som helst stöd från Habeno och vi fick dra hela lasset själva. Vi fick i panik lösa finansiering på annat sätt sista veckan vilket blev dyrt och väldigt stressigt. Att de dessutom tar hela sin provision trots att de misslyckats med sitt uppdrag är under all kritik. Vi har inte fått något svar sedan detta hände för en vecka sedan. Välj inte denna tjänst om ni vill ha hjälp hela vägen för det står de verkligen inte för.

Habeno was awesome for me. I am an American and was very worried about being subject to a phishing scam. From the beginning, Ovidiu was patient with me and let me do my due diligence. He always kept in touch but never pressured me.

I am very pleased with the entire service provided by Habeno. They offer excellent communication with the bank, great service, quick responses, and efficient handling of all documents. The portal used during the process is also easy to understand and makes it simple to attach all necessary documents. Highly recommended if you want to avoid all the administration and tedious contacts with banks. Habeno also collaborated very well with our lawyer from start to finish.
