A fantastic product
A fantastic product, excellent value for money, I have thinning hair and the clip in messy bun has given me some confidence back. Arrived really quickly even though it was international post, I live in Australia. Will definitely be ordering more!!

Clip-on Ponytail
I've purchased many hair pieces from Hair Rehab over the years, and have always been very satisfied. I recently bought a lovely clip on ponytail which was great quality and length. The only problem I had was that although I ordered the same colour as a previous bun in chocolate, which is a perfect match for my colour hair, the ponytail had more of a red tone to it which didn't match my hair as well. I did keep it as I'd already taken off the netting and label, and like I said, it is of a good quality

Hair has massively decreased in quality…
Hair has massively decreased in quality over last couple years but hair rehab refuse to admit it. Used this brand for years and have noticed that hair dries out quicker, degrades quicker. I used to get at least 9-12 months from one weft. Now only 6-9 months at a push. Always use heat protectant etc use good grade products. No longer recommend

I understand the quality team emailed you a number of days ago advising that they would like to explore the issues you had raised with you but could only do that with your co-operation. The best clip in's on the market!
I have used these extensions for years, they are honestly the best clip in's on the market. I wear shade Coachella Blonde and this is the perfect match for me.
I cant wait to try the pony tail extension!

I'm sorry we were unable to fulfil your order when you placed it Andrena. Occasionally unprecedented sales of certain shades mean that specific products are only available on a preorder basis. Where this happens the product is highlighted as such on our website and our team will email you to advise you of likely restock dates and suggest alternative shades if you don't wish to wait. I understand this can be frustrating but it is important to us to ensure quality in production rather than rush a restock and we are continuing to improve our ordering systems to reduce the occasions products are out of stock. The quality of the hair is great, but unfortunately their colour matching service was awful. Nowhere near my colour so useless purchase.
