I booked my umrah very last minute. Thanks to brother MUSTAFA who always comes through. He sorted us out with really good hotels both in Makkah and Madina. He even gave us partial kabaa view which was amazing.

Review:

I was planning ahead to do umrah. In the end الله invites his creation when he deems the right time.

At first, everything seemed promising. Our agent was Fiaz. It was agreed with him to make monthly installments to our package. I paid £400 for the flight deposit and hotel confirmation. We boomed flights, Hotels with breakfast, ziyarah, and transfer.

However, out of the blue, Fiaz left the company without telling anyone. This lead to a spiraling downfall of the company reputation. I became very annoyed and was glad I did not pay in full straight away. The attitude of the manager (was disgusting) of the company he was not willing to listen to what I had to say about Fiaz.

I told him directly that I am willing to accept the loss of the deposit £400 we're his xustomers and i am willing to go somewhere else.

After a long 3 day conversation we were dealt with another agent 'Mustafa'. My wife explained that it was agreed with their previous agent that i will save the total amount then pay the full amount before we go.

However, Mustafa said this was not mentioned by Fiaz. I showed screenshots and copied the chat to Mustafa then he agreed.

Not only that, I checked with the airline directly a week before on our flights to make sure everything was okay. They confirmed it was.

On the day of our flight, 1 hour before fake off the check in reception says my ticket was cancelled when I paid for everything IN FULL my flight was cancelled / unconfirmed. I was so stressed and my anxiety went through the roof.

I called Mustafa directly and shouted at him as I was being messed around from day 1. I said to him to get my boarding pass accepted asap as I can't let my wife go alone.
After a while he activated my ticket.

We booked double bed rooms with both swissotel mekkah and crowne plaza madinah.

When we reached Saudi Arabia, we found that the company booked twin bed rooms on both hotels. I had to ask the house keeping to join the beds together in both hotels.

WARNING: THIS FIRM HAJJ UMRAH 4 U IS NOT RECCOMENDED AND THE BEHAVIOIR THROUGHOUT MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE A RIP OFF/ FRAUDILENT.

What hajj umrah 4 U do:

They do not book client tickets directly. They get another firm to book it which they work with who have bad reviews too. This is so that they do not get caught if anyrhing goes wrong.

They take your money, pay for the cheapest room(s) then keep the (majority) difference of the money.

As I am a Licensing Officer for the Police, I realised this when I was in Mecca.

I did not say anything as we were there for 8 days and I was already angry at the service they provided. I partially got what I paid for.

Hopefully when Mustafa sees this or their manager sees this they will becareful who they're dealing with.

If they did anything else I would have reported this to HMRC, Company's House and other authorities.

Our trip to the Holy cities of Makkah and Madina was made easy by having full transport and perfect accommodation which perfect, the hotel in Makkah was 5mins walk away from the Harram, again perfect walking distance to go and attend the Jammah for every Salah... the transportation were all executive cars, the mini bus that took us from Makkah to Madina was spacious and it was only for us! The seats reclined all the way back so you can catch some shut eye on the 4hrs long drive to Madina, and being honest with you, the 4hrs didn't seem so long in this luxurious mini bus as it was
so comfortable... Again the Hotel we stayed at in Madina was 2mins away from Masjid Nabawi, Brother Mohammed Awais really looked after us and I can't recommend him enough. INSHA'ALLAH we'll be using him and his services again Insha'Allah next year, as we had a really good experience during this time and his services made this a lot easier knowing our accommodation and Transport were all sorted 😊👍🏽💯 May Allah Subhana WataAllah grant the brother Awais Barakah in his business and make it a form of Sadaqah that will benefit him in this life and in the next, When you make things easy for a believer, Allah Subhana WataAllah will surely make your affairs easy for you, he definitely made our trip easy for us, May Allah Subhana WataAllah reward you Brother Mohammed Awais 🫂😊👍🏽

I booked a package for my Dad and Husband back in September. The lady I dealt with was amazing, Rameen, from start to finish she made the whole process easy. She explained everything, in detail, if I had any questions, before, after or during their travel she was always there to help me. If any issues arose Rameen as well as other team members were quick to resolve them.
Everything was so in order that my Father and Husband enjoyed every moment of their pilgrimage.
Inshallah in future if required I will always come back to these guys and always recommend them.

The most important aspect that impressed us was the aftercare services: the speedy and prompt response to our enquiries at any time of the day, as Mr Awais would be available. We made our ummrah booking going out on the 14th October returning on the 25th Oct with a 3 day stay in Doha.
We were absolutely delighted with the service we got. After we had booked we needed to switch our dates and would like to especially impress with the quick and efficient response we received from Awais. He was always available a real asset for the company.
Although we are pleased with the overall service, I need to bring to your attention about our Zyarat trip arranged by you for makka and Madina.
The person narrating in Madina was very good.
I have my family travelling end of November for Ummrah and once again we have returned to you.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ayeesha of hajjumrah4u. She is an excellent and a very patient agent. A friend recommended Ayeesha to me, I spoke with her and I told her I want to perform Umrah for my birthday 24th of October 2024. Within a short notice Ayeesha was able to get me a great deal which wad cheaper than other agents. My package was all inclusive flight ticket, hotel and full ground transport. The hotel I stayed is a 5star hotel which is not too far from Haram, their is also shuttle option to take you to haram from the hotel. She also gave me a guide how to perform my Umrah, I am greatful Ayeesha, I had the best birthday, you me feel like a queen on my birthday. I will be back inshallah. I'm from London but am still in Saudi Arabia which is why my location is showing Saudi

Hi, I went for Umra in 1st of October 2024 before I go for umrah i research and contact lots of travel agent but I find Seven travel zone. They offer me very good package Cheaper than Other Travel agent in their package include flights /Visa / hotel /ziyarat makka and madina/Ground support/Plus Umra guide person.
Hotel is not far is only 7 to 8 minute walk
Ground support very good whenever I ring them, they are available for me if you like to go umrah i will recommend seven travel zone London .
Specially contact (Esha waqat) she help me a lot whenever I call her she answer my phone and help me. She also speak Urdu language as well..

When I first booked with this company, I booked a package for 3 people with Ahmad. I can’t complain, everything went really smooth, Ahmad went through every detail with myself from A-Z making sure everything was good to the point where if I needed him at 3am he would answer the call to help me with my query. Unfortunately, this time round I booked with this company I booked for 4 people. I went through hell.
To start off with, there was 3 people on one booking and 1 person on a separate booking which caused problems with checking in and seating assignments. Secondly I requested to fly from Manchester airport as well as arrive back to Manchester, However they issued our tickets to fly from Manchester and arrive into Heathrow which obviously I weren’t happy about as it’ll cost us all more money to get home. When I asked them to change it to Manchester airport, the agent Awais who doesn’t have a clue what he’s on about majority of the times had the cheek to ask me for an additional £150 per person to get this done bare in mind there were 4 of us in total or we fly back to Heathrow. After many phone calls with Awais also with other members of the company, they all decided to ignore our calls. At this point we’ve all decided to accept arriving back into Heathrow but request a refund off the company. Cut long story short, the company finally managed to refund us all a total of £200 which still isn’t enough to cover the cost of getting home from Heathrow.
Thirdly, getting all the right documents off them was a pain but at last I managed to get everything after so much asking.
Fourthly, at this point they’ve managed to get us our visas so we can book our permit on the Nusuk app. Out of 4 of us only 2 of the visa numbers were accepted on the app. When we asked them to sort this problem out after several calls and messages over WhatsApp, it was as if they didn’t know what to do. Therefore the 2 of us had to pay our way into the Rawdah because the issue wasn’t solved.
Lastly, when we all arrived into Jeddah 3 of the people in our group went through perfectly fine with their visas apart from myself. My visa number came up with someone else’s name on their system which resulted in me having to pay for another visa on the spot to enter. When I spoke to the manager Umair about this matter I was asked for proof of payment which I provided and requested a refund back again which took several days to come through.
We will never book with this company again!

It’s unfortunate as we went to do our umrah and instead of giving our 100% to it we all had a very stressful time with the whole journey there as well as trying to book Rawdah. To save yourselves from unnecessary stress and frustration avoid this travel agents at all costs!!

Everything waz well organised from picking up from airport to Mecca n màdina n also the ziyarates in màdina a Mecca the drivers were great the hotels were great in màdina n Mecca very close to the two sites.brother Khalid waz great easy to get hold of by phone nand he kept in touch to see all was well.alhamdulilah thankyou will use hajjumura4u without a doubt thankyou.
