Hajjumrah4u Opiniões

Hajj Umrah 4U provided an excellent experience with great customer service. The package was well-organized, and everything was arranged smoothly.
A special mention to Khalid, who offered outstanding service throughout our journey. He was always in contact with us, ensuring that all our needs were met and making the trip stress-free.
The hotels in both Makkah and Madinah were within walking distance of the Haram, which made our pilgrimage much more convenient.
We highly recommend Hajj Umrah 4U and especially Khalid for his professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service.

I wonder how realistic these reviews are to be honest. Where do I start. Keeping it as brief as possible, and to the point, my dealings with Mr Awais were reasonable until he decided to change my hotel which I hadn't asked for. He then attempted to charge me for the same. He called in a Saturday morning to say he had to pay £50 extra which has come from his salary, highly unbelievable, and he wanted it back. His manner was very aggressive and intimidating. I refused as I hadn't asked for a change of hotel. He was asking me for £50 and £30 from my son who travelled with me, whereas in the beginning he just wanted £50, £20 of which he said he would pay from his salary!!! and £30 from me. Unbelievable. I complained and the lady said I don't owe the company anything. This is highly suspicious and extremely unprofessional. The sad part is that before he made these requests, I was going to book with him again and recommend my friends to him. However, his lack of professionalism has put an end to that. If he persists, I will be reporting him and the company to ABTA.

Hi

Hi everyone we went to ummrah with this office the price was good they provided us with what they promised very happy with it specially a lady called Sharmeen very helpful always available to answer your questions. Highly recommended.

Great customer from hajjumrah4u, from the initial call to the booking stage everything was great. It was our first time travelling to Mecca and Madina, the flights and hotels were as described for a peace of mind. Would recommend to all to travel via this service, also Kaleem kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly for everyone.

Firstly a massive thank you to Kaleem Bhai for dealing with my package ever so grateful and can’t I put in words how he put in so much effort day n night to make sure we were comfortable and we got exactly what we had asked for!

From the very first day off our umrah trip he kept in contact throughout to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Our package was from flights to transfers and hotels with ziyarats.. everything literally everything included alhumdulilah it went so well that I actually remembered him in my duas there in Mecca because without him I’d be lost as it was my first time going so I was very anxious.. how everything will go.
So thank you so much Kaleem for putting up with someone that’s anxious you made me feel comfortable and stress free throughout our journey I would recommend him.. to all he will not let you down inshallah.

I’ve started to plan my next journey with them soon inshallah. Ask for Kaleem as that’s the guy that dealt with my package and I can assure he’ll make ur journey magical inshallah.

Our experience booking with Hajjumrah4u was very smooth and memorable. Kaleem organised everything from transfers to ziyarts. We did not come across any problems. Our hotels were good aswell as a smooth flight process. I would recommend booking through them if you are planning your trip. Amazing experience

We had an amazing experience booking with Hajj Umrah 4U. The agent we spoke to and who made us an awesome package was Brother Khalid. From the 1st conversation to after we got back, he kept in constant contact and make sure everything was going smoothly. We travelled with my elderly mum so he ensured all the hotels were close in Makkah and Madina. We stayed in Pullman Zam Zam in Makkah and Taiba front in Madina. Literally walking distance with amazing views.

I have recommended Khalid bhai to all my family and friends. Going forward I will always be booking my Hajj, Umrah and family holidays with Hajj Umrah 4u and I will always be asking for Khalid bhai to arrange everything as he did an amazing job

Ver good service by muhammad awais from haj umra4u came back from umra inshallah planning to go again highly recomend there service all our umra went smoothly very well looked after thanks Awaus from hajumra 4 u

I booked an Umrah package through Hajjumrah4u. All the booking was done by ‘Khalid’, who kept his word and provided me the best deal possible. During the process of booking, I had to made a few changes due to leave approvals but Khalid was very understanding and helpful with the situation. The best thing about dealing with him was that he kept in touch throughout our stay in Saudi Arabia. To flight, hotels, transport and other services every thing was done without any delay or any kind of issues. I would recommend Hajjumrah4u 100%, and especially encourage people to ask for Khalid. I can’t thank him enough for his help and honesty on this blessed journey. I would definitely book through them again, In’Sha’Allah

First of all clear communication. I know what to expect and that makes things so easy for me. I had good hotel reception, got my room with fellow pilgrims, 10 minutes walk from Kaaba. Coach from Makkah to Madina was quickly arranged and even better in Madina. Khalid was really helpful and now my next plan s Hajj inshallah

I recently had the opportunity to perform Umrah, and I used Hajjumrah4u for my travel arrangements. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They handled all the logistics, including accommodation and transportation, which allowed me to focus on my spiritual journey without having to worry about a thing. Their pricing was very good compared to other travel agents while still providing a luxury experience in terms of flights and hotels.

One particular staff member, Muhammad Awais, was incredibly helpful; he always answered my queries promptly and sorted everything out for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided all the necessary information and arrangements I needed, from arranging Ziyarah, to transfers, to providing an Umrah guide, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Hajjumrah4u to everyone, as they truly made the experience seamless and memorable. I will definitely be booking with them again Insha’Allah.

Excellent service from start to finish…
Excellent service from start to finish for our Umrah tour . They kept their promise and arranged everything according to our demand on time. Specifically, Hajjumrah4u (travel agent) was dealing with our umrah package . All went smoothly, and we had a blessed umrah Alhamdulillah. From Hotel stay to Airport pick-up and drop off, everything was as expected 👌.

Final Thoughts back in UK 29/01/2025

I recently completed an unforgettable 11-night journey for Umrah with this exceptional tour operator HajjUmrah4u. Our itinerary included four nights in Egypt, four nights in Mecca, and three nights in Madina.

From start to finish, every aspect of our trip was top-notch. The food was delicious, transportation arrangements were seamless, and our tour coordinator, Fahad Arshad, was outstanding. Fahad remained in constant contact with us throughout the journey, ensuring our comfort and promptly addressing any concerns.

His dedication, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I highly recommend this tour operator to anyone planning a Hajj or Umrah trip. Their attention to detail, exceptional service, and commitment to excellence will make your spiritual journey truly unforgettable.

Khansa was my customer service agent.

My experience from the start was disappointing. The price was more than their competitors. I was offered a price reduction which didn't materialise.

I had to chase Khansa constantly for confirmation of booking and invoices. I kept chasing even on the day of my flight. Khansa said you me "I think you have trust issues", which was unbelievably rude given she had not done her job.

I arrived at my first hotel in Makkah and she had not booked my hotel. There was no confirmation. I had to call the booking company to book the hotel. I waited for an hour in the lobby. It costs me £25 in phone calls at £2 per minute.

She did not arrange the tour guide I'd paid for either. I had to chase. She did not arrange the taxis I'd booked. I asked if it would be a Toyota, i.e. a low quality car, Khansa assured me this won't be case. A old dirty dented car arrived. For a 10min journey they charged me £20.

I asked for first class train tickets and this is what I paid for. She booked business class. She should have said that this is all we can book

It was the worst experience I had in 30 plus years of traveling.

I do not recommend this company.

I am very happy with the whole experience and the overall process was easy, I had no problems with the hotel or the service. Rameen who helped us through the process was very helpful and I have advised my own relatives about this service and if we decide to go again in the future I am more likely to use this service again. It was easy to follow and I highly recommend travelling with hajj umrah 4 you.

Alhamdulillah fantastic customer service from Ali Haider - Brother Ali Haider worked out of his hours to put the package together that we needed, making sure everything was perfect for us. He took care of all our needs and I strongly recommend using their service to ensure you receive the best - Jazak Allah

95 percent of what sister Ayesha Khan promised us happened. She has a good customer care.
