We needed Halls to repair our front door lock, arranged
a time and Paul turned up on time. He sorted the problem out very efficiently and in a very friendly and informative manner. The charges were reasonable and
we give Full Marks to Paul and Halls.

Excellent experience to get a replacement key for our back door!
We initially had one replacement key done elsewhere, which happened to only work from the inside. Halls of Cambridge were super friendly and immediately tried to correct that new - useless - key free-of-charge but the initial measurements were just wrong. They then did a new key within minutes and it’s all perfect.
Very friendly staff and reasonable prices - highly recommended!

I hade my front/ back door locks replaced by Hall's of Cambridge Locksmiths and a replacement strip fitted to a door for security.

Jay did a fantastic job and explained to me what was wrong and completed work in a timely manner with a complete cost breakdown in writing.

A follow up was arranged by Jay the next week to insure all was working correctly, checking my doors, locks and alignment configuration for any problems.

I phoned Halls when I had locked myself out of the house - on the worst possible day for me to do that. From the moment I phoned them, I was reassured that they would solve this for me. They kept me informed by phone of timings in getting someone out to me and the service provided throughout was efficient and thoroughly professional. In addition it was delivered with kindness and understanding and that made a huge difference at a very stressful time. The service from Halls was very good value and I cannot recommend them too highly.

Came out on the day and helped us out super quick when we needed them.

Made the call, explained the lock issue as best I could and got an appointment the following day. Ray arrived and did a first class job and fixed another issue with the door, all in 35mins. Price was superb. Cannot praise Halls of Cambridge enough for a reliable local service, with excellent knowledge.

From the moment l spoke to them on the phone till the job was complete they were just professional. Arrived right on time made no mess and the price was just right.

Hall's have fixed my locks 3 times in the past, and have always been excellent: quick to come out, reasonably priced, good workmanship, courteous and reassuring. Today, though, they did the best job ever: nothing! They came round because I had some dodgy doorknockers selling stuff on the doorstep, and wanted advice on security glazing for my front door stained glass panels. He told me I did NOT need to spend the money i was thinking I should! Very honest and direct, and I'm very grateful.

Back door not locking properly. Arranged for a.m visit on 17.3.22 and engineer, Daniel, called within time frame. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Fitted new multipoint locking system within half hour and all working very well. Would certainly recommend the company.

Halls have recently provided us with a fantastic service.
They were polite, courteous and professional on the telephone and were at our house within 1 hour of calling, fixed the problem within 30 minutes and charged a reasonable price.
We've also had some keys cut with them recently which have worked perfectly (same can't be said for all their competitors.)
They will be my first port of call again for any relevant issues and I'll be telling everyone else too.

I called on a Saturday morning as a relatively urgent but non emergency case.
The team gave a rough quote over the phone and had someone over by lunch. The locksmith gave me lots of choice and was super quick and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.
