Bought 4 different fragrances the angel and black opium smelt lovely but the sauvage and poison smelt nothing like it should

Superb products, service & delivery
Hampshire Candles is the only company I will use. Their products, service and delivery are superb.
The recent wax melts I purchased smell divine. The whole house smells amazing. I also benefited from the great offer they were running. The delivery was well packed and arrived so fast. Amazing service.

Despite our best efforts to resolve the situation—reaching out to you multiple times to confirm the correct address—we received two entirely different addresses. To avoid playing a guessing game with your parcel’s destination, we decided the best course of action was to refund your order once it was returned to us.
For context, when customers provide the correct delivery address, their orders are delivered successfully, and they get to enjoy our products without any hassle. As per our hundreds of five star reviews!

Superb customer service
On receipt of email confirmation of order I realised I had ordered the wrong fragrance. I emailed requesting the order was amended, and received almost immediate acknowledgement of my request. The order was duly amended, and I received it a couple of days later. Fantastic service
