Bought 4 different fragrances the angel and black opium smelt lovely but the sauvage and poison smelt nothing like it should

Service was brilliant
Service was brilliant, very quick but wax melts had no smell. The bit one of them had only lasted an hour then smell wore off. Abit disappointed.

Thanks for your review, there will be a few things as to why you're not getting much of a scent from the wax melts.
Firstly we recommend that you use either a tealight wax melt burner with a maximum four four-hour tealight or an electric wax melt burner with a minimum 40w-60w bulb. Using a Scentsy burner will not work as they are only intended for their own brand of wax which melt at a much lower temperature. Our wax melts are made using the maximum amount of fragrance oil that the wax can take and as we use soy wax it will need to be melted at a much higher temperature to that of a Scentsy burner.
We also have many blogs on our website on tips to help with getting the best out of our melts and by following these tips you can then get the best value out of our melts along with the same results that everyone else is getting. As you can see from all our other reviews our products are strong-smelling you just need to use them correctly.

I bought 4 room diffusers for Christmas. The fragrances were perfect and exactly as described. They were beautiful packaged, elegant design and arrived quickly. I am looking forward to trying out new fragrances for other rooms. Highly recommended.

First time ordering from this company
First time ordering from this company. Saw an advert on Instagram and it was the fragrance wax melts that caught my eye. It was really easy to place an order. The melts arrived quickly and well packaged. They are for a Christmas present so have not been tested yet. But judging by my experience so far I am pretty confident they will smell amazing.

Excellent wax melts the best ive ever had.! The smells are long lasting and makes the rooms in my house smell really nice and fresh! .People who come to visit often comment how nice the smells are.There is alot of diffrent waxs to choose from ive not been disappointed with any of the melts Ive received. I love them all and cant stop buying as there is so much choice!
