Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery, Courier was 4 drops away on the next road but didn't deliver. Ask the seller to cancel the transaction as the service I paid for wasnt given. No response
Although its the Courier thats at fault the seller has the contract with the courier and should of a least refund the shipping fee for the service not received.
FOLLOW UPDATE REVIEW.
I Can confirm that the postal refund has been issued and a adjustment to the rating made. As previously mentioned the seller was not at fault but was let down by their courier company used.
