We recently moved and no keys were left for the downstairs windows. We were told we'd have to replace the handles at no small expense. Then I came across this company. I uploaded pics of the handles and they told me the key type that would fit. Keys arrived today and bingo, they fit. Thank you.

The process was super quick and straightforward. I uploaded a photo to the website of the window handle for which we had no key. A reply came back the next day with 2 possible keys. I ordered both and 1 fitted the handle! Delighted that this window will now open. This is a brilliant service - thank you! Alyson

Wrong window locks sent, asked for a simple straight swap with the actual parts I ordered and only got a partial refund. Now out of pocket from paying delivery to me and back to the sender.
No answer from emails over 2 weeks ago

I needed 3 new locks/handles.
Removed old ones. Sent photo over and get the info within 2mins. When I installed, 10kins to do all three. The delivery was DHL so it took a day longer. That’s not the suppliers fault. Definitely use them again. Professional, polite and prompt. Excellent service.

They don't specify the material the letter box is made of (fully plastic no metal just colored gold) and if you don't like the product and attempt to return, they won't refund you for shipping the product to your house and you have to pay to ship the product back. Would not recommend

My Dad had some windows which were 20 years old and the locking mechanisms had broken. He had a couple of companies out to fix them but they couldn't because the parts were no longer available. I stripped the windows and sent images and dimensions of the parts we needed to this company and Rebecca could not have been more helpful. She found equivalent parts that worked perfectly, costing less than £100 to repair 4 large windows. 5 star service 😀😀😀

I needed to replace a window handle and had received a quote for £144. after looking at youtube it seemed like it was an easy job. Handles and Hinges livechat staff were brilliant with helping me to get the right handle, I sent them pics and measurements of the old one and they sent a link so I could be sure to order the right thing. The handle had broken while the window was open, so for security I really wanted to fix it quickly. The new handle arrived in less than 48 hours and was indeed easy to fix - with a saving of about £130.

Having lost the keys to my windows, I came across this brilliant company, where I had to take a picture of the lock and if possible a name, which I was able to find on the back of the handle. The keys arrived a few days later and worked a treat. Thank you

I needed to replace a broken handle on one of our uPVC windows. Being very green on this type of repair, I googled for suppliers and up popped H&H. I found their website easy to navigate and full of useful information. However, I was still needing reassurance that my window system is "espag". So, I took photos and emailed them on Bank Holiday Monday. The very next day I received an email from Rebecca at H&H confirming my system type, and reassurance that their range of inline espag handles would fit my windows. Two were ordered the same day and they arrived the very next day. Both units were of high quality and easy to fit. I'd do business again with this firm and I'd heartily recommend them to friends and family.

After placing my order Donna followed up to ensure I'd ordered the correct matching handles - it turned out I hadn't! She selected the correct option for me and I got a significant refund as a result. The order arrived promptly and very well packaged.I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for something a cut above the rest.

I initially contacted Handles and Hinges by sending a photo of a lockable window handle with a missing key. As it was 20 years old I didn't expect much, but they came right back with an identification! I ordered a key plus a replacement for a different handle which were delivered. There was a very small issue with the handle so I contacted H&H again via their chat facility and they immediately sent me the small plastic screw cover. The measure of a company is how they deal with problems and in my case the service was excellent. I'll use H&H again.

Donna was extremely helpful when I submitted a photo of my double glazing window handle to find a key. She told me it could be one of two keys. I ordered one of each and returned the one that didn't work for an exchange, so I now have a spare. A very fast service on Donna's part. The post office slowed the process down.

Called in to the Trade Counter today with My UPVC lock which is full length of the door, the guy just took it from me worked on it for 10 minutes and said its fixed, I went in to buy a new one, He didnt charge me a penny, He may have lost money but to me thats something i will remember and always use them in the future, If there where more stars He would get them. Massive Thanks.

Ordered 70metres of gaskets to replace the mouldy ones in my home. The sample pack is a great way to make sure you get the correct ones.
Ordered what I needed with the tools and arrived on time. Great service and very highly recommended.

I bought new handles from them and they fit perfectly. One of the plastic covers was missing and I phoned them to let them know. It was in the post and delivered the next day. No charge no problem. Quality service
