Hanover helped us
Hanover helped us and made out debts manageable.
While it did take a long time. I am now debt free.

Awful
Awful. Do not use these cowboys, they have no idea what they are doing.
I started my IVA in 2019, I then moved address, and they failed to update my records despite me notifying them THREE times. They are STILL sending letters to my old address. They extended my IVA without telling me and sent the notification to an incorrect address. My IVA should've ended in July and I am now pursuing them via court procedures.
Don't cause yourself more hassle. Choose a better company, one that knows how to deal with your confidential data properly. God knows who has been receivingmy letters and reading them.

I spoke to Joe Kane today who was…Kind and Caring, great sense of humour!
I spoke to Joe Kane today who was helped me with my query in a very kind caring manor and solved the issue for me. . He asked whether I could afford the payments and if I was happy regarding how the company were looking after me. He was very chatty and funny, in fact, he cheered my day up! Hanover have been truly wonderful from…
Hanover have been truly wonderful from start to finish with my IVA. I am now clear, having paid every month for 5 years! Liam had the pleasure of taking that final payment and moving my account to closures. He was so friendly, warm and congratulatory, while still giving me all the information I needed.
