Great customer service
I used hanover insolvency with my Iva. They did a great job and a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I recently rang them because I had finished my IVA and an old creditor started trying to get debt collectors to get the money back. I spoke to Tanu Araka who was super helpful and friendly and after forwarding the debt collectors details sorted everything out on my behalf.

Almost at the end!
I am coming to the end of my IVA and had a change of circumstances which needed a review of my finances and updates.
Whilst I can honestly say, every person over the years have been so helpful and understanding, this time, I was lucky enough to speak with Bhovashish, who was great. Bhovashish guided me through what needed to be done, got everything up to date and helped me with a couple of extra questions I have.
Having to go through the process of an IVA is upsetting and stressful at the start because you feel like a bit of a failure, but honestly, I can’t fault Hanover. They’ve been great over the past 5 years.

Very helpful
I've spoken with Mikael D on numerous of times. He's clear and accurate. Hanover insolvency Ltd have shown exceptional service throughout my 5 year IVA, from day one, they showed compassion and effective guidance throughout my time with them. Their assistance and professionalism and care given was shown consistently. Whenever I needed information advice and guidance they were always there. IVA complete
It's taken 6 years but my iva is finally over. Hanover have been brilliant. Considerate and helpful, no judgment and made everything easy. Ryan dealt with my last call like a gentleman. Don't be ashamed of debt, it happens, I'm just glad there are companies like Hanover to help fill in the hole I dug.
